Like with all fast food. Its your preference that matters. And as for McDonald's it helps to have their experience under their belt. Though prices have risen dramatically, their fries and their burger offerings have stood the test of time for a quick meal. You'll hate yourself after. But at least in the moment you'll indulge with a smile.

The manager with the curly hair is always a delight. Goes above and beyond. However everytime I come here the food is messed up so I know to check before I leave. I haven’t been to this McDonald’s in probably months because of this. Well tonight we go thru the drive thru. I order a sandwich with mayo onion and pickles and it’s made with just ketchup. I take it back inside to have it fixed and they hand me a new one with a single diced onion on it. The “lovely” terry that is working (heavier set bkueish green button down shirt” proceeds to tell me I ordered it wrong and it was confusing and that I needed to order it a certain way and then tells me that single piece of diced onion is onion and instead of just giving me a few pieces to put in the sandwich like I asked for after it was made incorrectly the second time she then has them make it a third time and proceeds to tell the grill crew that there was onion on it “but she guesses it wasn’t enough for me”. Absolutely disgusting customer service skills. Could have fixed it with a single cup with few onion pieces in it. Instead you want to argue with the customers and tell them they are wrong? Insane.
People do not care about customer service. They always are rude and do not care about what they are doing.

I order the same breakfast daily. I am charged a wide variety of prices. Order frequently wrong . Keep receipt so you can show you can show them they got it wrong. Food and price.

Did a mobile order through the app for a 6 piece happy meal, a QPC meal and a large vanilla shake. Everything was fine until we got to the second window. Got the drinks and shake, then get told to pull to the parking spot and it would be out shortly. 15 minutes later, our food finally comes out. Why it took 15 minutes ill never know. I used to work at mcdonalds so I'm pretty knowledgeable on time frames for the different foods (was on grill). Anyways, took the food home to eat. Didn't get the sauce for the happy meal. My quarter pounder had so much seasoning on it that it wasn't edible. I'm not afraid of salt and pepper, but the salt wad making my lips burn like when you eat too many salt and vinegar chips and the pepper was so heavy it had a kick to it. Fries were extra salty too. Paid almost 10 bucks for a meal I couldn't eat. Thankfully the happy meal seemed to be fine. Son ate it just fine.
