Okay McDonalds Southgate what's going on. Was excited to see you had McRibs. That excitement didn't last long when I discovered, up the highway, there was barely any sauce on the darn thing. What little was on there was soaked up by the bun. I could not eat much of that bare McRib. Very disapointed! You can do better. JBSmith(Columbus)

Dont usually have an issue with the food except for the occasional cold fries. But the customer service sucks. Every person at the windows always seems like they're irritated because they have to be there. Fake the funk or find somewhere else

Entered the restaurant music was was playing referring to women as female dogs. Asked if they could change the station and they said no it's auto play. Couldn't get the app to place order. Went to Arby's and had no issue with their app.

Came here and had a teenager act pissy with me despite my positive attitude. Then the manager proceeds to come up and say “the kids here are being feisty today” nah girl you need to be firing people who aren’t emotionally stable lol. It’s not like they’re handling my food or debit card info…

Stopped for something quick while on trip. Nuggets were so old they were seemed dehydrated. Drink was all carbohydrate, no flavor. Never going back. Tried 2 times, same results, that's it.
