Drive Thru completely unorganized! We asked for a shamrock shake, and the person in the Drive Thru said they had them, then we went to the window then the person working said that they’re out of flavoring. Then we decided to do a refund for the food we ordered, it took forever to do it, so unorganized!!!

I stopped by with my young son on our way through Cambridge and the service was amazing. The young lady who took care of us at the register was nice and personable. She helped me get a high chair for my son and told me she would take care of putting it away for me when we were done. After bringing our food to our table she even brought my young son an ice cream and truly was the nicest person to us. I wish I got her name but she was amazing and I’m thankful for her kindness and attention to us!

We stopped in for breakfast and the food was fresh, the service fast, and the booths clean. Overall, very impressed with management as they kept the restaurant and restrooms very clean.
This was supposed to be a 10 piece chicken nugget!! Also didn’t get all the fire we ordered. They came and asked me 2 times at the window what I had ordered. Even though we were at the window for almost 45-50 minutes on our food!! The employees were high. They also after handing me my change said they didn’t charge me $2.50 for the Mac sauce to be added to 3 Mc double’s apparently that’s what the box of sauce was even though it was on the sandwiches.

I made a mobile order for a plain quarter pounder and they messed it up. When I called in to tell them that they have messed up my order they did not offer me anything and hung up. So I called back and they pick up the phone just to set it down on the counter. I know this because I could hear the phone get set down and I could hear people talking in the background. To say this is horrible customer service is an understatement and it is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend going to this specific location especially since there are many other McDonald's in the surrounding area. It completely baffles me that every time I order a plain sandwich they seem to get it wrong which I do not understand. I mean is it really that hard to put nothing on a sandwich instead of putting everything on it. It is also not like I order at times that they are slam pack because then I could understand if someone were to make a mistake especially if they are rushing to get orders done. It seems as if even though I order my meals at times like 11pm when there is pretty much no one ordering you would think they could make a single sandwich correctly but instead it seems near impossible for them to do. So like I recommend earlier I would go to one of the many other McDonald's in the surrounding location because if the mess something up they make it right.

Avsolutely no one in drive-thru so obviously had plenty of time to make fresh food. Completely COLD fries. Ordered sweet tea, came out unsweetened. Check your employees please and thanks, one of MANY complaints I've had with this McDonald's. Get it figured out.
