It's very difficult to keep food very hot from the kitchen to the customer's booth or table. Our food, while only barely luke warm, was very good. Our leftovers that we took home, which we made certain to be very hot, were great!!!

Food was alright, the lasagna was mediocre at best the edge was burnt and dry, honestly kind of tasted like it was either frozen or a day old.

We stood behind the sign, wait to be seated for 6 min. Two waitresses said we'll be right with you. 4 more people came in so we moved up 4 mins later 5 adults and a child came in we are now standing in the middle of the room with people leaving and coming in the same doorway. 13 mins later we were told will be right there! After waiting for 17 mins longer the waitress said table or booth we said booth please she takes us to the left of the door to the smallest booth for 2. The next 4 people were seated and the group sat themselves getting their own placemats and silverware. We were asked by another waitress what we were having to drink. Water well that was brought to us from the first waitress. 28 mins from standing behind the sign we was up heading out the door and -13 mins later we were ordering our food at Francis Family Restaurant where we had great service and great food.
Great family style restaurant. Prices are very reasonable, save room for desert.Parking: Ample parking in front of restaurant.
