I ordered DoorDash from the Papa John’s in Cambridge, Ohio. My order was a pizza with light cheese I got a pizza with no sauce. I peeled back the cheese to show the fact that had no sauce on it, I contacted the manager of the local Papa John’s and he expressed that he made the pizza himself and I was wrong and if I wanted refund, I would have to contact DoorDash! Terrible service, rude customer service, and disgusting incorrect pizza

Ordered bread sticks they came without any butter or Parmesan they were just dry regular sticks of bread like they didn’t get finished or something. Our order didn’t even have our name on it. It was somebody else’s name, but apparently it was supposed to be Ours. won’t be ordering from there anymore. It was a waste of our money

This is twice. I put the pizza in the back of the truck. And I can smell it is burnt. No more Papa John's for me. The only reason I get it is that the wife likes it. I'm done.
The food is pretty good for pizza delivery BUT IT NEVER FAILS-- I ask for PIZZA SAUCE instead of Garlic in the box w the pizza 2, 3, 4 times is one thing, but seriously?

I got my food delivered just now and I have to say one of the best delivery experiences I have ever had my food came hot just like it was just cook my order was perfect nothing missing everything how I asked it to be and my delivery drive was absolutely awesome and very nice I will definitely be ordering from here more often if I could give more stars I would thank you papa johns for feeding me and my husband a wonderful dinner and having a great ❤
