Food has changed since last we had the hut. It’s awful. Upcharge for pan style Crust and it was not. It was dry- standard crap. The Buffalo flip thing was barely Filed and tasteless. The stuffed crust had spicy tank sauce. We all Got Sick and threw out the left overs. I do say the sauced chicken nuggets were ok

Took a hour to get my pizza after a txt was sent out telling me my order was out for delivery but it never came so 35 minutes later i called the store and was spoke to so rudely from the incompetent manager she has done this to many customers she has gave the store a bad reputation because she has no customer service skills. Do better Pizza Hut get managers who love their jobs and customers some with respect for the community i’m quite sure your food sales are down because of her nasty attitude i’m just glad i’m a changed person because the disrespect she put out is unacceptable and then they left my pizza in the cold and didn’t tell me it was delivered so I canceled it but now im banned. Get new managers now!

I got the special large stuff crust and 16 wings. I order an extra 8 wings which added up to 24. Someone doesn’t know how to count cause we only got 17 and the pizza sucked and we don’t like how they cut the cheese bread now and didn’t get sauces for the cheese bread.

Food was decent, but the server was very fast too fast just slow down and be consistent but the table had good spices for pizza this was a good time we enjoyed it
Kid-friendliness: Had my 3 yr old with me and he was very comfortable

Ordered by phone. Had delivered to my hotel room. Was told 40-45 min. Np! OMG! So fresh! So good! ACTUALLY PUT EXTRA CHEESE that i ordered!! Even brought us plates, napkins, parm & pepper flakes! A+++++ Wish I lived closer, I'd order all the time!
My family stopped here for a late dinner on a Sunday evening on our way back to the Cleveland area after a weekend visit to the New River Gorge National Park in West Virginia. We were very pleased with the food! Hot and fresh breadsticks that were crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. But the absolute best was the pan pizza! I’ve never had such hot, fresh-tasting pizza from Pizza Hut. It was absolutely scrumptious!! The waitress was friendly and attentive. The restaurant and bathrooms could have been cleaner, but the delicious food more than made up for it. We will be back the next time we’re in the area!

Absolutely appalled by Shaun a so called manager there hanging up on me because I wanted a refund I paid for 2 large 3 topping pizza paid extra for pan got regular crust paid for 3 topping only got one. Both pizzas were not what i ordered and paid 25 dollars for. Very disappointed in the entire experience had to contact corporate because the service was so terrible.

Definitely the best pizza hut I've been too in a long time. Pizza was on point and they gave us plates and napkins without us asking, we forgot to ask lol. They k ew we were in an hotel and they assumed we needed them, great service. Great job yall.
