Waited for 45 minutes for our food. Then, when it finally came out my food was undercooked. So I had to wait another additional 30mins to get my food fixed and brought out to me. Staff were very pleasant though and apologized for the not so good experience.

Was there 3/25 for a work dinner an omg worst culture an environment would not suggest this place at all. Our waitress literally was having mental breakdown with management threatening an intimidating whole time. Multiple wrong dishes trying to blame it on server every person we talk to wouldn’t give managers name an had massive attitude problems two people got in a coworkers face was so awful deserve 0 rating

What an awful experience. Salad bar was empty, had to ask for silverware twice, the wings weren’t cooked enough. Will never go back!

My husband and I have enjoy this Ruby Tuesday a few since realizing there was actually one still open. We typically go at lunch bc we like the salad bar. Last night we went for dinner. We both ordered steak, my husband ordered a strip (ordered medium rare) and I ordered a ribeye (ordered medium well)
NEVER AGAIN!! As soon as the steak came out we should have known. My ribeye was flat and grey in color. I could only eat 2 bites of it as the rest of it was too hard to chew. Not because it was over done but it had so much gristle. My husband’s was bright pink but hardly any juice which was odd since medium rare typically has some juice. If ai could give a zero I would have but the baked potato was good and hot so it at least deserves a 1.

Laila was hands down the sweetest, kindest caring server you could ask for. However there was some issues with the food being cold and undercooked and upon discussing this with the traveling DM Josh the food was not corrected, he was very rude and down right disrespectful when handing the issues. Also the manager Ali then took things into her own hands and made sure to correct the issues he did not care about. Both Laila and alli was apologetic and understanding to fix the issues, however unfortunately I can not say the same about Josh.

Stopped by for lunch. Sat at bar. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged that I was there. Was told, "I will get to you when I can." I waited five more minutes. Still didn't have a menu or anything. I left.

Very unsatisfied with Ruby Tuesday's in Cambridge and don't get me started with it I will not come back in and if somebody would ask for a place to go eat I'm telling them do not go to Ruby Tuesday's in Cambridge Ohio I will have him to go to Bob Evans least there you get your whole meal and two people can eat for less than 30 bucks and leave full

Full parking lot, line out the door! Only 2 waitresses working and 1 cook!
she told us 5 min wait for a 3 top, turned out to be a little over an hour.
Waited 20 mins for drinks, (by this time there was only 6 tables) and when the food came out it was burnt and dry! This is my son’s grilled cheese… on two burger buns?!

Can't get a manager on the phone.
We had our food delivered. Said 54 minutes...90 minutes later it arrived. At no fault to the door dash driver as they were sitting there waiting to pick it up.
Everything was cold, steak over cooked, no pink on a medium rare???
Crab was probably old, dry and tons of salt.
The old bay tortilla chips were non existent.

Ruby Tuesday has officially fallen off far more than I could have imagined. Already doubting it'd be a good stop for dinner. A friend convinced me it was still a good night out.
Even she immediately apologized once we had been seated, noticing immediately what differences had come to pass since restaurants began taking advantage of people during inflationary periods.
Don't get me wrong, I understand economics and the need to price demand. But shrinkflation under any circumstances, especially when simultaneously the price goes us and the product gets smaller, I lose my entire patience for anyone's excuse.
This Ruby Tuesday had semi drunk waitresses on a quiet, barely filled evening. The food we ordered already overpriced, came out a fragment of the size expected for what you're paying. After essentially paying $40 for what turned out to be a small double cheeseburger and fries and my friends being a Philadelphia style steak sandwich served on a hot dog bun with another small fry. Both meals burnt, and before we could at least ask any questions of our waitress, she'd left for the evening and our new one simply offered an apology and nothing more.
Highly dissatisfied and would never recommend to anyone. Let this ship sink to the bottom and hopefully a well produced local eatery will rise in its place.
My final thoughts before leaving were noticing their well displayed salad bar, and also a price nearly $20 that leaves you wondering why there's no sneeze guards or measures taken to prevent a huge mess as each bowl had no surrounding places to catch loose food.
Disgusting and hopefully on its way out. Truly deserving businesses would kill to have the architecture inside. The look of an old cigar bar with leather and open floor plan even with the divider and lighting.
Time to move along.

We gout out a few times a month in the evenings, went to ruby Tuesday, food was amazing, we sit at the bar usually, the bartender took forever to even pay us attention and there was 1 other person at the bar, other than that the food and atmosphere is terrific, but personnel not so much

Arrived at around 5:00 pm New Year’s Eve. 20 minute wait for a table, when only a few were taken. Poor planning for staff. Got sick on way home from the garlic butter on the steak. Steak tough and overdone, baked potatoe not done.
