Laila was hands down the sweetest, kindest caring server you could ask for. However there was some issues with the food being cold and undercooked and upon discussing this with the traveling DM Josh the food was not corrected, he was very rude and down right disrespectful when handing the issues. We gout out a few times a month in the evenings, went to ruby Tuesday, food was amazing, we sit at the bar usually, the bartender took forever to even pay us attention and there was 1 other person at the bar, other than that the food and atmosphere is terrific, but personnel not so much

Arrived at around 5:00 pm New Year’s Eve. 20 minute wait for a table, when only a few were taken. Poor planning for staff. Got sick on way home from the garlic butter on the steak. Steak tough and overdone, baked potatoe not done.
