Got a steak and cheese sub on regular bread and asked for double toasted. The sub was warm but not toasted. The bread was tough and stale. My wife had flat bread Italian and it was good.

The lady that took my order was super rude. Didn't even greet me. Couldn't even ask what I wanted, just said what bread? Sorry its a hassle to do your job that tour being paid to do. No idea what her name is because she wasn't wearing a name tag. Been here one time and will probably never order from there again. Edit: Her name is Amanda

Whoever was working on my door dash order on August 9th at 7:40pm forgot half the stuff on all my sandwich’s. I guess she was to lazy to put the rest? And my son is allergic to raspberries and they gave me raspberry cookies instead of the chocolate chips. Now my son is in the er because of her laziness in not wanting to go to the back and grab the right cookies. No one accidentally messes up multiple things in one order. This is unacceptable and someone should be held accountable. I hope the manager is respectable enough to do something about it.

The sandwiches I got were missing cheese bacon and lettuce. The atmosphere was amazing because I had it delivered so I didn’t have to see what creatures forget cheese and bacon on an all American club.
The same creatures seem to not know what types of cookies there are because I ordered oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip but got only raspberry cheesecake.
