Came in off 70 to purchase lunch but left because one of the staff making sandwiches had her mask dangling from one ear. Very poor service considering COVID 19.

The manager/ employee was rude because we came in within 25 minutes of closing. When making requests for our sandwiches she rolled her eyes or glared at us. Then when trying to use a coupon through the app she claimed she had no way of honoring it. We ate quickly and cleaned up after ourselves because we've worked in service industry. Under the hawkeye of the manager we left almost 10 minutes till 9 (their closing time.) She proceeded to follow us out and slammed the gate shut when we literally were 1 foot from the entry. Then she started walking into Walmart. I guess we delayed her shopping despite leaving almost 10 minutes prior to closing time.

Was told I needed to order on the app to get my rewards. I did so. My order printed immediately and it beeped until someone got it. They then waited on 8 or 9 customers that were not in line before making mine. Then sat it in a corner. I'm waiting there the entire time. They waited on 2 more people after that. I'd give zero stars if I could. People have no common sense anymore.

If I could give a zero, I would! We ordered a large party tray for a bridal shower. It was to be ready by 10:00. We gave them over a weeks notice but when we came in to pick it up, it was never done. The guy working had no idea how to make one and said he doubted there was enough bread anyway. He tried multiple times to call the manager, but she never answered her phone or returned his calls. Thankfully, Riesbecks was able to put together a quick meat and cheese tray for us. While we were in Riesbecks the Subway manager finally called and said someone would go in and make the tray. This was at about 11:00 - party was to start at noon. There was NO WAY we were going to give this Subway our money at that point. Here's a tip - if you take an order, make it.

Not a participating location for the coupons, that's a big no no for me when a restaurant puts coupons out and one of them doesn't except them. Staff looks filthy and with bad attitudes. Won't be back at this location again.

Wouldn't accept my coupon after making both sandwiches that myself and my partner were getting. The gentleman at the register said they aren't a participating location for the coupon, so we decided on not getting the sandwiches and leaving. Will not be returning to this location again.

Rude staff, but good food! I had one male that waited on me awhile back & he was so sweet and loved to ask how people’s days were & made my usual subway stop AMAZING, stopped in the other day to another employee saying he no longer works there!! Keep up the good work!!

I was in a hurry and wanted a sub. I stopped in and had the sub made the way I wanted and right before me which I like. I can see what is going on it and know IT'S FRESH and hasn't been sitting wrapped in plastic for a long time. The staff was friendly and had it ready Fast and out the door I went on my way.

I had a terrible experience here today at the location inside Cambridge Walmart. The girl that made my subs was not pleasant. She was rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked to have my bacon warmed up and not the whole sub toasted. I had to ring the bell to get their attention and when she came out she sighed and said will someone get out here and help me. Her name was nicki and I do not recommend coming here and if you do, make sure you get a different person to make your food.
