I ordered on the app from the Starbucks next door. After we got our drinks we went to the Taco Bell and still had to wait 20 minutes or more long after any car in the Drive-Thru when we ordered had already left. How do they sequence borders?!

This place is horrible. They get my order wrong. All the time they got rude. People working the speaker most of the time I can't stand it. And this is consistently, every single time I go there every now and then again, there is one girl that works the window. That is kind and does a good job. But my food is always skimpy, or just completely wrong. I have had them actually argue with me at the window about my order. And they were wrong.

Hello, I genuinely love Taco Bell but I’m pretty upset because this has happened several times where I get the wrong tacos and crap but today I didn’t get my whole order of cheesy rolls and I was so hungry that my mom had to make me my own batch at home And by the way they were much better made with love and my sister actually got the wrong taco Please work on this and just give the right orders because I genuinely just wanted my cheesy rolls because I was starving and so was my sister and it really hurt us. We’re disappointed and we hope you guys have a good day but overall you have good food just have a good day unlike mine and my sisters because of this cheesy role misconception 😔

I was worried after they won the fast food wars but it turned out to be good for all of us.
Drive thru worker was friendly, wait time was reasonable and food was delicious. Chicken nuggets are delicious

Food was good but the man at the counter was rude. He harassed my friend while she waited for me to come out of the bathroom. Didn’t seem to know what to do with his time other than stare at customers while they eat. It was not busy at all.

Just left taco bell by rural King and once again disappointed when I got my food out. Thank you so much to the kind soul that apparently fist fought my hard shell again...next time yall get turned down for a raise or don't get 30 an hour like you think you deserve remember the quality of the food you put out. Been ridiculous for a while now but there's no surprise there

Stopped here on a road trip from NJ to KY and picked this one because it had a better rating than some others on the route. The Crunchwrap supreme was hot, fresh, and delicious - no skimping out on ingredients either. Service was quick and establishment was very clean. I haven’t eaten fast food in a very long time and I left very satisfied!
