Here lately there's been hardly any me in any of the tacos or burritos. Sometimes it's good most of the time here lately for me it's not been good. Roll a dice if you want but the last time you screwed me over I waited forever for the food the food wasn't good it wasn't even the write items in the box that I had ordered with my receipt

I Went inside since I had multiple orders and was on a lunch run, and they pointed me to a kiosk and said they don't do verbal orders inside anymore. That's fine, but they royally messed up almost everything i ordered and what wasn't messed up was messy and cold. My $7.00 Luxe Box wasn't put in a box at all, but mixed up with other items. The chips I ordered were thrown in there upside down so they spilled everywhere. Instead of a beefy 5 layer, I got a cold bean 5 layer with no sour cream. My soft taco looked like it was crumpled up and sat on. The hard tacos I got were so soggy the meat fell out the bottom as soon as they were taken out of the plastic. The mini taco salad tasted off and was thrown away. All 4 of us agreed it was the most disappointed we've ever been with our taco bell meal. I will never come back to this establishment.

Sat at the front desk with the entire staff staring at us. No one bothered to tell us we needed to use a kiosk. Tried to go through the drive through sat there for five minutes before driving away. Not sure what everyone in the place was doing but it wasn’t paying attention to customers. Went to Burger King across the street.

Every time ive been through the drive through I get the rudest people. And if you take more than 3 seconds to decide what you want they start getting pushy. Make sure you've got your own straws too, because ive literally never gotten one at the drive through here. Food was hot though, so theres that.

This is honestly the worst taco bell on the planet. They constantly screw your orders up and when asking for something simple like asking for extra cheese they'll forget to add it. They put so little cheese on your soft tacos that you can't even see it! There's been several times where I've walked in wondering why they didn't put cheese on my taco and they'll respond that it's just melted! The management here must be horrible 🤦. Im never giving this place my money again. Do yourself a favor and go to burger king or McDonald's which is across the street because this taco bell isn't going to give you what you paid for.

This tacobell is rough, last time I went i found hair in not one but two of my tacos I was highly disappointed and grossed out also they fight me on getting a cup of water when I dont drink soda, no other tacobell does that just this one

This particular restaurant can't seem to make any of the food correctly. I got a protein bowl, which is freaking expensive fyi, and there was some stuff in it that I couldn't tell what it was. The quality of the ingredients were poor. It tasted off. So I went through the drive thru and got a chicken enchilada burrito and there wad hardly any chicken! It was stuffed full of rice. Rice is okay in a small amount but a lot it nasty. They put too much sauce on it and it was the worst burrito I've ever had. Omg and the cinnamon twists. It's in the name right.....CINNAMON twists. Hence they should have a decent amount of cinnamon on them. I get to the car and look and the twists are pretty much bare. So I go back in, and ask the cashier if I can have a different one, one that actually has cinnamon on it because this one is bare and nasty. Cinnamon twists without any cinnamon are not good. She gives me a confused and weird look, goes over and just picks up a random one (package also seemed to be greasy) and gives it to me. I look at it and I'm like this one looks the same. She said that's how they're supposed to be. How careless and lazy can you be to not put a nice coating of cinnamon on freaking cinnamon twists? Im realizing that the only taco bell that has really good food and actually knows how to make cinnamon twists is the one in caldwell.
I love their menu options, and their prices are reasonable.

At the reg.for about 5 minutes the girl comes up and tells me she can't take a order I must use the kiosk ...don't get the lack of customer service anymore..if you can come up and talk to me why the he'll can't you take my dam order...I'M DONE WITH TACO BELL..U SUCK.

Every time I go here there is something wrong with my order, it’s either a missing item or not made correctly. I highly suggest driving the extra 5-10 minutes to the other location.

Went through the Drive Thru tonight & ordered several items, everything was fresh, hot, & assembled properly. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized there was one item (a beef chalupa supreme) missing. I went back & explained the situation & staff handled the situation promptly & without making me feel like an inconvenience. Mistakes are bound to happen, but the customer service here is amazing compared to many other businesses in the area.
