The food was horrible!! The lady that waited on was was extremely unprofessional and not friendly at all. The plate of eggs and nasty sausage they brought to my wife was dirty. We were charged $25 for food we only took a couple of bites of. We will never be back to this location. May I add the cook was on his phone almost the entire time we were there. Horrible experience overall.

Yesterday my work had no water and no coffee. Our residents were restless with no coffee. I called around and looked for places that would sell coffee to our residence. Everyone wanted like $23 for 10 cups. I went to Denny’s in Cambridge with six pitchers and they filled them for free with coffee and hot water for our residence. Thank you Denny’s in Cambridge for caring about our residents ❤️

I ordered the grilled cheese and vegetable fajitas and what I received looked like flat pancakes. No cheese whatsoever and when I asked for the sour cream and salsa I was told that was extra. I know they should come with it but I just told them to put it in a box to go as I have sour cream at home but asked for salsa, then they turned around and changed me $.99 for a tiny cup of salsa. the fajitas had hardly anything inside them and ridiculous to charge extra for salsa that was to come with it. Never again.

I’m from Arkansas and very picky about my sausage gravy. Wow!! Wonderful sausage gravy! Lovely biscuits too. So happy with my breakfast!!

I have no complaints whatsoever about the food or the service. I am really enjoying my meal. But I am sitting in my car to eat it, because I could not tolerate the freezing temperature in the dining room. I was shivering! Next visit, I will be sure to bring a coat - regardless of the outdoor temperature. That way I can enjoy my meal with my spouse instead of eating along in the parking lot.

We have always made the trip from a neighboring county to have lunch here and the food was always excellent - until recently. Several items from their menu were unavailable (which they should let customers know upfront to avoid frustration when the time comes to order). They usually have excellent homemade soup, but their ham and bean soup was AWFUl! Thin, watery, clumsily cut chunks of hard-to-chew ham and salty as the day is long. It was thrown-together and in no way resembled a proper ham and bean soup. My husband's patty melt was tasteless. And this from a place KNOWN for their burgers. No seasoning, flavor profile, nothing. So sad for him because we drove a long way for this burger and it used to be worth the trip. Since they were out of what I wanted (the fish and chips) I settled for chicken tenders which were slabs of dry white meat roughly coated in coarse bread crumbs, which I ended up packing up to feed my dog later. I hope this is not indicative a permanent slide downhill for this place. Everyone's been affected by the pandemic but come on, guys, time to RALLY and restore at least part of your former glory!

Wife and I had planned to do the Washington County Fiber Tour, but and the last minute found that our planned lunch stop (Steininger's in Salem) was closed, so we had to scramble to find a substitute. Burger Den was listed as a good bet in the area, and we were in the vicinity when it was time for lunch, so that's where we stopped. We were quite surprised. From the outside, this looks like something between a dive and a diner. But the menu is extensive, and our food was amazingly good. Wife had the baked salmon, while I had baked cod OK - both sound a bit boring, but we like plain baked, broiled or grilled fish, and we try to eat healthy, so that's what we had. We we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Prices were very reasonable, and the service was excellent. The only negative was that we were seated at a table next to a couple of 'old timers' who were have a political discussion. Their voices were at a level where we could easily overhear the conversation which was a litany of Fox News propaganda. Its unfortunate that people have to have those opinions, but they don't need to broadcast them to everyone within shouting distance.

Honestly might be the best the veggie burger I've had so far. Beyond Rodeo with big onion rings and a house made bbq sauce. Seasoned fries were really good too.

Wonderful neat restaurant off rt 22 north of Cambridge NY. Plenty of seating inside and outdoors. Cheerful wait staff. Full bar, and very large menu. Limited hours so check online ahead Food was excellent , service good, and atmosphere was fun. Plenty of local color to keep us entertained. Glad that hat we stumbled across the burger den.

Had good service. Order was correct. Didn't have a long wait. Friendly staff. Good food. Ate here twice this trip.

All staff were wearing face masks and tables were sit social distancing. The menu is shorter then normal due to Covid 19 virus but has most of their favorite items. We both ordered their super slam 2 eggs, 2 sausag, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes and hash brown potatoes. This was only $6.99 each. The food was brought to our table in a short time period and everything tasted very good. Our server was very polite and friendly. She provided great service and checked on us often and kept our drinks refilled providing us with 2 diet Pepsi to go. The restrooms were clean and appeared well maintained. Parking was no problem.
