Went through the drive-thru and made a order here and I ordered a large mocha iced coffee and they gave me original and when I asked them to fix the mistake they told me that's what I ordered then they wouldn't fix the mistake that they made the chicks name Was e Elarissa

excellent staff, get my coffee there several times per week.
In case you feel like driving out of your way for coffee and ice cream, don’t. No more Cold Stone here. Also no baby changing station, and poo splatters on their nasty toilet. My cold brew tasted more like tea than coffee and my husband’s turkey bacon sandwich was both wet and dry somehow in the least delicious way possible.

Stopped in on our way to Columbus for donuts and coffee. Service was all smiles and the counter person was helpful. The donuts were the best ones I’ve had at a Hortons in a while: fresh, not soggy, and good selection. The place was super clean, including the restrooms. Enjoyed sitting in the sun on the patio. Perfect.
