Haven't been to this Wendy's location since the order was messed up couple months back. But stopped today at 5:05 pm Thursday not busy ordered crispy chicken sandwich, large order fries, and single with cheese through drive thru. Got home no chicken patty on chicken sandwich, fries were fine, and the single with cheese sandwich patty was dry and overcooked like it had been sitting for awhile. So you are 2 for 2 for terrible service. Didn't think the odds of a fast food order being messed up at the same location but you proved me wrong. Give one star for the fries!

The girl that was working the window at 11:00pm on August 7th deserves a raise. Very sweet, positive, and funny! Great customer service! Which is refreshing because it seems like every other fast food employee in this area is miserable and wants to take it out on you.

They make everything fresh and they were so kind and involved Usually fast food is a chance and the people are like robots but the girls at this Wendy’s are always great and friendly.
To start, apparently you can't have a drink holder unless you order 4 drinks, as soon as I pulled to the window I was given my 3 drinks, one of which was a frosty, then I sat for about 12 min waiting for my food. Frosty was melted completely by the time I made it home. I was driving holding one of the 3 drinks since a car typically has only 2 cup holders. The girl at the window started ringing up the order which was already paid via the app. Overall, will not visit this Wendy's in the evening again.

The last two times we went there, the manager was not very nice at all. The first time my wife went there by herself, she asked a question and the manager gave her a very rude answer. The second time we went there, the same manager was very unpleasant. It took us over 10 minutes for her to take our order and when we finally got it, she never said thank you or even smiled. She may have been having a bad day, but that is no excuse to be short with the customers. If we go back there again, and the same manager is there, we will not eat there.
