Well walking in the owner was trashed and his daughter (the bartender?) Seemed to be just in the same boat. Our food came out and sat on the bar for about ten minutes while she was on her phone until finally brought over. She then proceeded to start smoking a cigarette inside the bar while making drinks and serving food. How has the health department not been to this place yet?

I tried to make Smelts for Christmas Eve dinner, and quickly realized that I could not make them as delicious as Patsy's. Mine were pretty good, but Patsy's are Superior!
