Out of all the Dairy Queen locations i’ve been to, this one makes me have explosive diarrhea all over the bathroom. idk if the workers put their hands in thier pants and put it back on the food or what but this location is how i would a expect a dairy queen from canal fulton to be like.

Double cheese burger wasn't bad (patties were juicey). They are stingy with the fries 🍟 (a large at DQ is a small at McD's or Burger King. Cheese curds were tasty. The onion rings are over done (dried out and fall apart). Tables and floor were dirty. Only 3 customers in the place at 4:30pm.

I ordered two blizzards online, when I got to the window they handed me a cup of water. When I told them I was the mobile order they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. After some confusion they gave me the blizzards I ordered. They were so melted they are like soup, not sure what happened to a blizzard so strong you can flip but they were so melted they have been in my freezer for a half hour and they are still not edible. It’s really sad that I spent over 13$ for two blizzards with extra pieces, paid extra money and can’t even eat them. It’s really infuriating to be honest.

Unfortunately, we just got back from going to this location and did not have a good experience. We ordered two blizzards, an ice cream cone, and some cheese curds to eat inside the restaurant. We ordered, sat down with our number, and waited. After waiting a few minutes, I went up to get some napkins and noticed our cheese curds sitting on the heating tray. I figured they would bring them out very shortly. 10 minutes later, they brought the cheese curds to us, no sign of our ice cream. The young man told us he would be right back with it. 10 more minutes later, I went to the counter and they must have realized they forgot about our ice cream. They started making it and we got it five minutes later. We were in the place for a total of 25 minutes for a very small order. Not very happy at all about this experience.

This place was pretty good up until this past year. Blizzards are always runny, overflowing and not mixed up well at all. Half of the time they get your order wrong. Doesn’t matter what time of day you go.
Waste of money and very rude guy working there tonight Friday May 30th messed up my blizzards and was a yucky soupy mess and was rude and thankgod the girl working was so kind and had 2 of the blizzards remade for me !! The dude was mad and remade them but did not mix them and then slammed them on the counter !!completely unnecessary and childish to a paying customer 🙄 go somewhere else and save your money

Was trying to get a ice cream cone and drove the whole way from Jackson and had 10 minutes to get it and the girl looked at me and rolled her eyes and wouldn’t let me in and gave me no service completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
