Ordering from here is Russian roulette. The most expensive item I ordered was not included. The app says "contact" door dash... I'm pretty sure Door Dash didn't forget my item in my stapled bag...
Door dash "resolves" the issue by refunding me for the missing item. No kidding, I don't have to pay for an item I didn't get? They say that's all they can do, and now I'm just out of luck!
How do you forget an entire sandwich? I did this job is in HS with a 99% order accuracy rate... it's not difficult. This store has done this more than once! I'm rarely going here anyway but 2/4 times they forget a major item... yikes

the incompetence runs rampant here. holding people in line past when breakfast is due, continue to tell them at the speaker that their online order is put in, just to wait 15 minutes to be told my order was cancelled because i was “too late”? all while i’m trying to get to work? and all i get is a “you’ll get your money back soon”? maybe try training the education-less morons before letting them run a fast food chain🥴

Went to the drive thru, made the order, had 80 cent change coming back, the guy/girl gave me 37 cents. So I gave them the chande back and they called me a liar by saying they had to count the draw out to make sure. Then both hamburgers were made wrong the fries were cold. Has to be the worst place in town for fast food. can't fill an order can't count change. They still owe 80 cents. Never have this happen at Wendy's

Always prompt and courteous service and consistent food
Ordered hamburgers and no onions placed on burgers. Without onions they were not very good. Not the first time this location has not done well. Needs better management.
Breakfast was fresh and hot! My kids and I enjoyed every bit. The drive thru was crazy busy but it still moved in a decent amount of time

This McDonald’s sucks but I just think to myself it’s young workers so what… but today I ordered for counter pickup and the doors are locked at 9pm therefore I could not get my order and their excuse was “short staffed” when I can clearly see 6 workers they are lazy and don’t want to make orders… just find a new job if you don’t want to serve customers.
