I went in the other day, Tuesday I believe, when just two people were working. It was very, very busy at the time, but the employees were working hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. I was very impressed! Good job you two!

I’ve given this location multiple chances and after tonight I’m officially done. Food is just never good anymore & items are always missing from my order. They charge a $5 delivery fee but they don’t actually deliver the pizza themselves, DoorDash does. Save yourself the hassle and order from anywhere else.

Inconsistent: Before Covid I remember their food being amazing and always fresh. Wings were always cooked perfect. I feel like ever since that did occur this Pizza Hut has become very inconsistent. Not long ago I ordered a stuffed crust pizza to delivered. Was probably the best tasting pizza I ever had. The next day I got the same order but picked it up instead. I got there right after 15 minutes. Wasn't even close to as fresh and wasn't hot. Was lukewarm and felt like they used leftover ingredients. Just a warning for anyone's that buys food here it can be hit or miss

I always order my personal pan pizza to be well done. The last one I got was almost burnt to being uneatable. The one before that was doughy in the middle??? Canal Fulton Pizza Hut...

I used to order from this location a few years back and never experienced any problems. Just recently in February and then again last week I ordered two pizzas and the most recent time I ordered wings, nothing big or complicated. In February I ordered on Valentine’s day so I expected it to be busy, which is no big deal I understand. But, both times I went to pick up my order I waited until the quoted 15 minutes was up before even leaving my house. Both times I was greeted by a line of cars at the drive thru and even after waiting to get up to the window it was a 15-20 minute wait. The staff doesn’t seem to care about the service and the extended wait, they leave the window and don’t return to apologize, explain, or say anything until the food is done. The pizza is lukewarm and something is off about the crust. I used to work at Pizza Hut so I understand that it gets busy, but this location has just gone down hill with their service and food. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location unless it’s the only option…

This pizza hut needs to completely redo their staff.

We ordered a pizza, pasta, and bread. Got there couple minutes before the time to pick it up. Several cars in line on front of us/behind us. Car at the window had pizzas handed to them, and handed them right back. Something was wrong, it happens. Well they didn't move the line at all, so we literally waited 45 PAST THE TIME IT WAS READY FOR PICKUP. When we finally got the pizza, lady was very nonchalant about the wait, no offer to help with anything.

And, the food was luke warm when we finally got home to eat it. For $30, get something else.

once waited at the window for 45 minutes for a personal pan pizza that was sitting in the warmer the entire time i was waiting. now waiting for going on 30 mins for a pizza thats been ready for 45 mins. they won’t pull ppl around to wait on their food. just block up the entire line.

Will never order for delivery again. It's our first time ever and will be our last. Outsourced to DoorDash, never dealt with them ever but the problem might be with the restaurant getting the wrong order to the driver or the order mixed with another. Received someone else's order $45+ worth vs. $15 order. Doesn't' really matter whose fault. My issue was with HOW to resolve this issue! We called the store at least 5 times to speak to someone to make it right then put on hold forever spoke to two different people out of those 5 calls who both told me I'd have to call the store directly. WTH do you think I THINK I'm doing??? HOW THE HECK AM I SUPPOSED TO CALL THE STORE DIRECTLY when it's the same phone number I dialed???? My husband and I are both sick and not in the mood for nonsense, we've not gone out of the house in many days and certainly didn't want to go out and spread the wealth but we want our money back! Very frustrated and angry and it's no wonder the industry is taking a hit because everyone seems to have to outsource even the basics today. So long customer service.

Twice I have gotten transferred to the call canter and twice they have gotten my order wrong. I’m not a fan of the flat bread pizza but that is what I received instead of the pan pizza.

I order from this pizza hut fairly regularly. I just placed an order today on Christmas Eve, and even with the holiday they still did a great job. Food was really good and staff was great as they always have been in my experience. Will surely keep coming back. Thank you to the crew, you're all doing a great job.
