Our Family placed two separate order on the Subway app for Canal Fulton Ohio Store. Went to pick up our food at 5:50 and only one order was completed. They closed at 5:30. We had no Idea. They only put a piece of paper on the door. I told the lady the order is already paid for. Her response was to ask for a refund from the app. However there's no option to do so. She then replied you'll need to call customer service. I asked her for the phone number and she was unable to provide it. It seems they always close right at dinner time. Such a shame. Their closing early because their Manger called off. And this isn't the first time.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to get ahold of anyone. Customer service just rings and rings and eventually disconnects.

This has to be the worst subway there is. It’s 6:45pm and they have the doors locked. The lights are on and I’m positive there is a worker inside. It’s listed to be open until 9:30pm. I’ve come other days around 7pm and they have half of the items put away and cleaned up already. They need to stop hiring these lazy kids to work here.

Ordered on-line, asked for it toasted it was not. Asked for banana peppers weren't on the sandwich. Asked for oil, vinegar and mayo. They gave me Italian dressing????
Highly disappointed! Won't go back! 2nd sandwich only had mayo on 1/2 of it.

Food is always good and fresh. Great service also with great personalities. I order online for pickup and they are always on time. The only thing I can’t understand is the deal online didn’t add my free bag of potato chips as it says.

I am in the same boat. Not sure why but any time I place a pickup order, I wait an extra 10 to 20 mins after pickup time for the order while people walk in and are taken care of immediately and leave while I sit and wait.Just don't think they have a system in place to handle the online orders until there is a break in walk in customers. Can easily be fixed with training the employees to work in the orders as they go vice when they get a chance.Update: Confirmed my suspicion with the employee after walking up and getting in line to have them make my mobile order 20 minutes after I was supposed to pick it up [at least it was fresh]. Employees are trained to do the customers that walk in first and when they are done, deal with mobile orders or they will be in trouble. That means this falls solely on the manager for training this way. So if you put in a mobile order, just get in line anyway as then they will make it in front of you which I know defeats the purpose of a mobile order in the first place but it is the only way until management corrects their errors as this is the only subway I know that does this.

Parking: Shares parking with other business in the strip so there is plenty.

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out. Should not be any issues.

It's a subway...BUT it was the weekend of the country music festival and the girl behind the counter was extremely overworked. That being said she was very professional and just powered through it. I don't recall her name but she needs a raise.

Don’t place an online order because a 15 minute pickup turned into waiting 35 min after the pickup time. But don’t worry You can go inside and people waiting on the online order will be waiting well after you get your food. Go in and place an order never
