Always good service at this location sandwich is equal to what I order and is the half pound some other ones has definitely not been the half pound sandwich but the one on 62 seams to be spot on

Clean and quiet atmosphere to eat. Quick and organized ordering. The black gentleman ( couldn’t snag his name ) up front taking orders was so kind and sweet! He deserves a raise with how patient and friendly he is. He’s attentive more than anyone else here. :) his kindness went a long way with the kind of week I had. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.

Went in Friday evening to order a sandwich. The guy at the window was extremely rude. Kind of heavyset with glasses. I waited over 15 minutes in line and saw the employees just fooling around at the window. When I asked why my food took so long the guy just shrugged and slammed the window shut. NEVER COMING BACK! don’t waste your time

STOPPED BY TODAY FOR LUNCH TODAY HAD A COUPON GUY AT REGISTER SAID ITS GOING TO COST MORE BECAUSE OF THE WAY IT RINGS UP SO I SAID THATS NOT RIGHT CAN I SPEAK WITH MANAGER SO SHE CAME OVER SAID SAME THING . SHE SAID OWNER SAID DONT ACCEPT THAT COUPON SO I SAID GOOD BYE !! YOU PASS OUT COUPONS TO GET PEOPLE IN AND YOU WONT ACCEPT THEM, REALLY LOSE A SALE AND A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE OVER 60 CENTS OR SO!!!! BAD BUSINESSS !!!! NOT MY PROBLEM YOU REGISTER ISNT PROGRAMMED !!!! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!!

I walked in at 12:50 pm on Monday Dec 30, 2024 and stood at the counter for several minutes. I was the only customer at the counter. There was no one at the cash register. Several drive thru employees walked past me and totally ignored me. Finally I just left. Very disappointing.
