Just wanted to give Bella Napoli the recognition they deserve! Went in on Friday night, told them I was picking up a gluten free pizza, and they accidentally made the wrong pizza for me. Accidents happen! Told me they’d remake it if I had time (unfortunately I didn’t) so they were gracious enough for me to take the originally made pizza and added a few extras for the mistake. I really appreciated their response to the situation and will always be a Bella Napoli customer!
I stopped in to grab a slice while my gf was taking a driver exam next door. Greeted immediately and the gentleman explained the different slice options available. I got one pep and one specialty that had spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers and ricotta cheese on it!! THIS WAS LITERALLY THE BEST PIZZA IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! I’m a truck driver that’s had pizza all over the country and I’m 40yrs old so I’ve experienced the taste of a lot of pizza and AGAIN NOBODY IS TOPPING...
Bella Napoli pizza is the best pizza I have had! Being a lover of food I have tasted plenty! The crust and sauce are perfect and the fresh ingredients make the pizza exceptional! My favorite is the Pizza Napoletana!
The customer service is so welcoming and makes you feel at home and the owner makes me feel like I am talking to my Italian grandparents!
