When we arrived, we were kindly greeted and seated. We were able to order our drinks and food, but when we got our food we didnt have any silverware. The buffalo burger was advertised to be tossed in the sauce, but it barley had sauce covering the top. Everyone at the table had gotten their food, but I waited until everyone was almost done eating to get my omelet. I could tell it was sitting under a light for a while because everything tasted stale and cold.

Tried to like those place. We travel though a couple times a year. Have gone three times and will not give it a fourth chance. The service was wonderful! The food which didn't taste bad, was bland.

That was one of my worse experiences at Bob Evans. First off they had about 6 groups waiting to be seated . We waited almost a hour to be seated and when we finally got seated there was at least 10 areas empty not sure why we were waiting we could have been seated to get something to drink. When we finally got our food it was cold . Not sure what happened but pretty upsetting
The food was greasy & cooked in dirty oil & cold then the manager stated he was giving us a break not that we asked for one but we paid full price anyway asshole for your greasy disgusting food

I ordered the everything breakfast because the menu has changed. They did not have what we wanted. My husband ordered the steak salad. I couldn’t believe they would serve very browned, almost burnt, hashed browns. There may have been a tablespoon of hollandaise sauce on the plate. There was little meat . And it was cold by the time it made it to our table. The server offered to have the hashed browns done over , I could take them home with me. No, thanks. We already had waited a long time for our food.
When my husband saw my plate he thought there wasn’t much food on it and the hashed browns bed was almost burnt.
We were very disappointed. We have always enjoyed going there to eat. We do not plan to go back.
