One of the worst chipotles around you're either getting skimmed heavily on your online order or they're completely messing up your order and giving you someone else's food

the amount of times me and my girlfriend have gotten home and opened our bowls and it hasn't even been our order has happened like five times the management here must be poor because the workers are pretty terrible.

i've been driving to the Austintown location and they never messed up my order and properly portion your online orders it has been night and day

The bowl is always stacked a mile high from here. I could easily get 4 full meals of out this bowl.

Walked in and walked right out! Staff on their phones, one customer in store. All tables filthy, food scraps everywhere, sauces smeared on tabletops, chairs were disgusting. Floor was dirty. Walked up to food counter and the food service line also was unkept. Food scraps everywhere, chicken and steak and beans trays were looked dry and old. Again, one customer in store. Full staff not caring one iota.

Update: 10/31 - owner replied with a website to contact them - so pathetic!

I got chipotle a week ago and found a bunch of what looked like insect eggs in my food, mind you I was halfway through my bowl. One of the eggs had a worm coming out of it. I contacted their customer support and they said they were going to call me back and never did. I better not see the copy/paste comment you post when you get a negative review either, because I already contacted that and got nowhere. I will be looking into my options but steer clear of this nasty filth of a place!!

This Chipotle is ok if you don’t eat there after 8 pm. The chips were stale & flavorless, and the burrito bowl had chunks of wet, cold cheese stuck together on my last visit. Heed my warning: if you want quality food, only go during lunch time. You can use this strategy for the Canfield McDonald’s too.

Hands down the worst chipotle to go to! Constantly get everything wrong….. just got a to go order felt like there was nothing in the bag because they barely gave me any food in my bowl like actually a joking amount and for an extra bonus, as always, they don’t put silverware in the bag….. The kitchen is also pretty gross looking

I ordered guac and chips last night. When I picked it up, I noticed the guacamole was slightly brown. I opened it and scooped my first bite onto my chip, and all that was in there was rotten pieces of avocado. Disgusting!

Went to chipotle in Canfield for an easy dinner after a long day. Was met with very rude big gurl as my server and was rushed trough my order. My bowl isn’t even halfway full when I know hers would be overfilled. She also put the vegetables up to the glass so I could see them when I asked if it was possible for her to go light on the onion. Then after I got my order I asked for two vinaigrette and after grabbing them she threw the container back into the fridge. The poor kid David was probably scared to say anything because he was working with Goliath and Goliath wasn’t happy. This is unacceptable and I’m sorry I made her do the job she gets paid to do

The food quality is good but the service isn’t that great the lady at the register had an attitude waving her hands up because she had to do her job even after they were short on toppings didn’t have white rice and the employee who made the bowl gave little portions even when I ordered double chicken I think when I almost spend $20 on a bowl it should be filled do better fire and hire…

We ordered our food inside at 8 PM, three hours before closing. They were out of white rice, veggies, and nacho chips, and forks. They did not offer to make more white rice or veggies at the time. Their lobby seating area is also very cluttered with management training, manuals, and employee drinks. There’s always a lot of debris on the floor, This time was consistent. The food prep station was quite messy with a lot of rice and other food items that had escaped to their bins and we’re just laying on the top surface area. I hit the Chipotle app and interacted with their AI solution pepper and then was sent to a live agent named Thelma, expressed my extreme displeasure and was only offered a free drink. Given the bulk of the items for my order were not there I thought a free drink was unfair compensation. Unfortunately, this is our only local option and we have a lot of gift cards. This location of chipotle continually disappoints.

Just got my usual chicken and rice. Rice was not cooked at all, very hard. Threw up a little after eating it.
