Just got my usual chicken and rice. Rice was not cooked at all, very hard. Threw up a little after eating it.

This location has consistently gone down hill. Serving food that isn’t fresh. Vegetables that aren’t ripe. Slimy hunks of cilantro. Guac is always brown. Portions are horrible. Don’t bother going in the evening, it’s even worse than described. At least the day-staff is kind.

Raw fajita veggies. Stale tortilla. Burnt proteins. Did an online order and wasn’t aware of the poor food quality until we retuned home. The girl who I interacted with was very sweet.

Employees were nice. But unfortunately what people say about the portion sizes being shrunk seem to be true. I received much smaller scoops than in the past. For it being close to $10 just for vegetarian now, I may not eat chipotle any longer. Disappointed.

For some reason, every time I come to this location, it's food everywhere!!! Then I get overcharged as if the prices aren't right above my head... Dah!!! So rude

I need to just give up on this location. I don't understand how SO MUCH HAIR is always found in the food. The place is always dirty. Maybe new management is needed.

Every time we go to this chipotle it’s always an issue. Today I got a burrito and we also got a kids meal for my wife. The brisket in the burrito was burnt, the rice was an overcooked mushy mess, the tortillas that were used to wrap my burrito were stale, the kids meal had burnt chicken and the fajita veggies were raw. When we called in they just wanted to give us a free entree and kids meal. Both locations that are near me are trash quality. So I won’t be using these free meals.

Every time we go in here it’s a bunch of high school aged kids running the place. Seems like they might need some actual leadership in this place.

Finding a hair in your Chipotle food can be quite an unpleasant experience, and it raises several important issues related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service. The presence of hair in food can significantly impact a customer's dining experience and their perception of the restaurant.

Firstly, the presence of hair in food is a clear breach of hygiene standards. Restaurants are required to adhere to strict health and safety regulations to ensure that the food they serve is safe for consumption. These regulations include maintaining a clean kitchen environment, ensuring that all staff follow proper hygiene practices, and regularly inspecting the food preparation areas. When a customer finds hair in their food, it indicates a failure in these practices. This could be due to staff not wearing hairnets or not following proper hygiene protocols, which can lead to contamination.

Secondly, finding hair in food can affect a customer's trust in the restaurant. Trust is a crucial aspect of the customer-restaurant relationship. When customers dine out, they trust that the food they are served is prepared in a safe and clean environment. Discovering hair in their meal can shatter this trust, leading to negative reviews and a decline in customer loyalty. In today's digital age, a single negative review can spread quickly through social media and review platforms, potentially damaging the restaurant's reputation.

Lastly, the way a restaurant handles such incidents can significantly impact customer satisfaction. Effective customer service can turn a negative experience into a positive one. When a customer reports finding hair in their food, the restaurant should address the issue promptly and professionally. Apologizing sincerely, offering a replacement meal, or providing a refund are some ways to show that the restaurant values its customers and takes their concerns seriously. Proper handling of such situations can help mitigate the negative impact and even strengthen customer loyalty.

In conclusion, finding hair in your Chipotle food highlights important issues related to hygiene, trust, and customer service. It serves as a reminder for restaurants to uphold high standards of cleanliness and to handle customer complaints with care and professionalism. By doing so, they can ensure a positive dining experience and maintain their reputation in the competitive food industry.

absolutely disgusting. if i could give no stars, i would. the brita bar was covered in food which they don’t bother to clean up. workers acknowledging customers but would not give service. had no knowledge of customer service. dining area was a mess as well. this is sickening. i watched the workers and seen an individual run their hand up their nose than go back to their job. i wish i could say this was a joke, so disappointing and will not be going back. Along with the poor service, i found TWO SEPARATE HAIRS in my food; the length of a beard that was dark black.
so disgusted i couldn’t even eat my meal that i paid for!
