The grossest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Idk if the manager went home early or what, but there was food all over every table in kitchen, old utensils piled up in bowls, cross contamination of food all throughout the main line serving table, and every table in dining room was covered in food and dried sauces. The girl rolling my burrito didn’t close it and some food fell out onto table. Instead of replacing the food and re-rolling it she just grabbed some foil and crammed it in there. On top of that it was $30 for a burrito, guac and chips, and a drink. Overall it was the worst chipotle experience over ever had. It was on Saturday April 20 around 10pm.

I am tired of paying $10 for sloppily made small bowls. As of late I've been getting half a scoop of terribly cut chicken, resulting in 2 large pieces of fat (today) instead of what used to be a fair and consistent spread of chicken. Service at this location is also rough, 90% of the staff are great but all it takes to kill the vibe in an open concept restaurant is one person.

OMG!!! I love chipotle. But, had the most horrible embarrassing experience at East Liverpool a few months ago. So, I drove 40 min to Canfield location! Absolutely the best experience ever. The staff was extremely nice customer service was a top notch and the staff was moving like they were making a commercial.. absolutely hats off to the manager and team at this chipotle. I was in on this past Friday at lunchtime!! My new chipotle!!! Thank you!!!

This center need a diversity training. I go to chipotle all the time but usually Boardman or ysu. Well this is like my 4th time going to this one and the service and atmosphere is not welcoming at all. Each time I have left feeling unpleased with my food and service.

Gregory from the Canfield store was an ABSOLUTE lifesaver . I was frantic when I received my catering order for 15 people from Chipotle. One tiny container of chicken for 15ppl!! I was absolutely embarrassed. Because of the way chipotle catering is set up , it left him with very few solutions.. he was patient & understanding and helped me come up with a solution. I am forever in his debt .. do BETTER CHIPOTLE!! Your catering is ridiculous

Had to dig a hair out of my son's salsa. The atmosphere here is usually pretty trash. The employees aren't the nicest and just dry. The food is pretty hit or miss... tonight was definitely a miss.

Ordered a steak bowl and a chicken bowl and as you can see the chicken bowl is laughable, that was enough for just one of the shells that I paid extra for, my husband could have used my other shell for his because the steak bowl was overflowing. This is beyond ridiculous and not worth the $35 we spent.
Should have seen the inside of this location this evening, I thought about taking a picture but a video would've did more justice. There was trash on the floor & other stuff all left in the dining area, trash and food all on the floor behind the counter, and so much scattered food across the counter where they make your stuff, I had to ask the girl if she would tear off part of my shell that she dragged across the meat, I told her I was a vegetarian and she asked are you allergic I said no I just don't want cross contaminated with meat. Get a bowl if you don't want a poorly wrapped burrito. Only recognized one member of the crew who is an excellent employee and he was eating. I frequent this Chipotle location twice a week but might have to find a new burrito spot. The standards have gone down, the prices have gone up yet the portions continue to get smaller strange strategy. Sad day for a former Chipotle enthusiast. ??
