There was barely any pepperoni rolls! I know it's Thursday and sale day......but wow! Very disappointed. I usually get them every Thursday, but I think I'm taking a break for awhile. Just terrible!

Worst service I have experienced. Nobody in line 10 people behind the counter all look at me when I walk in. Not one asked if I needed help or had an order. Then got offended when I asked for help with my order which was sitting right there the whole time. The bald guy making pizza’s had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I asked for the manager and he responded with I am the manager! Unbelievably bad customer service.

Our local Cocoas pizza is the best! The staff is always so friendly and the pizza rolls are amazing! We order from here regularly ❤️
Coccas is in Canfield has been our go to spot for the past 3 years. Always good food, always great service. But our last 3 orders from them have been absolutely terrible! Orders have been wrong, pizza has been burnt, just not the place we have been used too! Called them about the order being wrong just getting blown off! We order from them once or twice a week, I think it’s finally time to move on from them. I feel they forgot that their customers are the main reason they are in business. I’d really like to talk to the owner about his restaurants issues. If he responds back I’d be more than happy to speak to him!

Absolutely disgusting!!!!
This was the bottom of my pepperoni roll. How is this even acceptable to sell?
I ordered on the app at 4:10 and selected my food to be ready at 6:00. My food was definitely made/done by 4:30 and was sitting there for an hour and a half. Pizza cold. Don’t even get me started on the “ranch” wings. The breading was no longer crispy because it had been sitting in this nasty thick “ranch” sauce for so long!
Cocca’s owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for this nasty food!!! I have never eaten such garbage before.
