This Dunkin was absolutely the worst! They totally messed up the order first of all. We waited 15 minutes in our car and finally yelled through the window about our wait. The young girl with long blonde hair forgot about the order even though it was right there in front of her. She kept looking at us like why are you still here. We’re here because we didn’t get our food! There were cars lined up all around the side of the building. There were five people working inside and not one of them looked at us once to see why we were waiting so long. Never going back. Obviously it doesn’t take an 8 th grade education to work there.

When you need some coffee and a yummy snack DD has it. Iced coffee is great and the specialty donuts are quite unique. This cookie butter specialty donut may be one of the best I’ve had. It’s so tasty with a maple frosting & filling inside too. It’s a must try if you like those flavors.

Give the entire staff a raise, a bonus. take them out to a nice dinner, idk maybe some gift baskets? Corporate America should be taking care of those who run their businesses proficiently & this is exactly what they do, i’ve been coming here for 3 months straight almost everyday. there’s always a line in the drive thru & they never fold under pressure. The drinks are on point & taste fresh exactly what you expect. I travel A LOT across the country & this location is hands down the best Dunkin’ donuts probably in the entire Country.

Depends on what location you go to but I am an absolute Dunkin addict I get coffee from there almost every day the cold foam cold brew is why makes my mornings better most of the time I don’t have any problems but when I do they are usually always resolved or refunded.

DEI really ruined this place. Instead of hiring people who are qualified to work, Dunkin hired people who fit the agenda of Diversity, equality and occlusion. The wait times are horrible, the food tastes mediocre. Some of them girls need to wake up on time and do there job.

Gave me the wrong order which happens but refused to refund me the money unless I drove all the way back. They're right next to the turnpike. No way I'm turning back and paying double tolls.They stole from me and wouldn't make it right. If you're looking for a quick place to stop for breakfast pass this place up unless you want a side of frustration with your meal.
