Place is awesome. But the location has had jelly donuts unavailable since 2019. Love the place and have had great service every time

The first morning I went through thr drive through. Fairly quick service. The second day I went inside. Big mistake. I stood there for a good while and not one person acknowledged me. There were 4 or 5 people focused on the drive through and after asking if there was anyone taking care of the inside customers, one woman said, in a snappy way, that she was. I waited another couple of minutes and then left. On to Panera.

The question about how much do you spend per person? Then you can answer by 10’s 0-$10 / $10-$20 / $20-$30 $30-40 and so on. I feel like it would be easier to answer if it was broken down into 5’s instead of the 10’s. That might sound meaningless to most but I know if I’m eating there I’m getting an iced coffee a bacon egg and cheese croissant which is close to $10 there and I have to have a Dunkin’ Donut as well. Now I’m just over the $10 mark. Therefore I’m placed in the 10-20 dollar box because of a couple bucks and few cents. I really think it will turn people away thinking it’s more expensive than what it actually costs.

i went in after my friend wasn’t getting helped after around 10 minutes, and even after i went in it took the girl another few minutes for me to get helped. and the whole time the worker was having a bit of a vulgar conversation. i typically don’t write reviews, especially negative reviews but this was actually quite unacceptable.

Every damn week they’re out of French vanilla for my coffee. After running out several consecutive weeks in a row you would think that they would order more. Unbelievable.

You would think that with as many Dunkin establishments are in the area that the customer service would be a little better. The person in your drive through should not be working with the public, maybe put her in the back

I'm so sick of this location!! It's the closest to my house and I'll tell you it is so inconsistent I feel like i throw my money away when I come here. I'm here every morning when it opens. I buy 3 coffees every single day. There is only one woman who has a clue what she is doing. This morning was it for me, all of them were wrong. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Sick of buying coffee I can't drink.

This Dunkin was absolutely the worst! They totally messed up the order first of all. We waited 15 minutes in our car and finally yelled through the window about our wait. The young girl with long blonde hair forgot about the order even though it was right there in front of her. She kept looking at us like why are you still here. We’re here because we didn’t get our food! There were cars lined up all around the side of the building. There were five people working inside and not one of them looked at us once to see why we were waiting so long. Never going back. Obviously it doesn’t take an 8 th grade education to work there.
Stop burning the bagels and if someone orders and pays for extra cheese give it to them. This happens all the time. It’s gross.

When you need some coffee and a yummy snack DD has it. Iced coffee is great and the specialty donuts are quite unique. This cookie butter specialty donut may be one of the best I’ve had. It’s so tasty with a maple frosting & filling inside too. It’s a must try if you like those flavors.

Give the entire staff a raise, a bonus. take them out to a nice dinner, idk maybe some gift baskets? Corporate America should be taking care of those who run their businesses proficiently & this is exactly what they do, i’ve been coming here for 3 months straight almost everyday. there’s always a line in the drive thru & they never fold under pressure. The drinks are on point & taste fresh exactly what you expect. I travel A LOT across the country & this location is hands down the best Dunkin’ donuts probably in the entire Country.
