I will never understand why less I've is so hard to understand. I pay $5.30 for a drink and I want less ice because it becomes watered down and tastes nasty and I can't see throwing away money. And because I would like more than half a cup for that price. Get your crap together or lower the price instead of upping them every few months!!!

Genuinely wondering why my latte is not filled to the top…. This looks like a small in a medium cup. Paid over $8 for a medium iced latte with everything I like. There’s no way it shouldn’t be filled all the way up! Unacceptable.

I was really curious about my experience at Dunkin' Donuts, especially since it was my first time visiting! I asked for extra sugar, but it was surprising that neither trip included it. For a medium cup of coffee, it felt quite expensive, especially since I had to wait about five minutes after being asked to pull up due to a delay. I wonder if this is typical for this location. I’m not sure if I’ll be back, but I’m intrigued to know if other people have had better experiences!

Place is awesome. But the location has had jelly donuts unavailable since 2019. Love the place and have had great service every time
The first morning I went through thr drive through. Fairly quick service. The second day I went inside. Big mistake. I stood there for a good while and not one person acknowledged me. There were 4 or 5 people focused on the drive through and after asking if there was anyone taking care of the inside customers, one woman said, in a snappy way, that she was. I waited another couple of minutes and then left. On to Panera.

The question about how much do you spend per person? Then you can answer by 10’s 0-$10 / $10-$20 / $20-$30 $30-40 and so on. I feel like it would be easier to answer if it was broken down into 5’s instead of the 10’s. That might sound meaningless to most but I know if I’m eating there I’m getting an iced coffee a bacon egg and cheese croissant which is close to $10 there and I have to have a Dunkin’ Donut as well. Now I’m just over the $10 mark. Therefore I’m placed in the 10-20 dollar box because of a couple bucks and few cents. I really think it will turn people away thinking it’s more expensive than what it actually costs.

i went in after my friend wasn’t getting helped after around 10 minutes, and even after i went in it took the girl another few minutes for me to get helped. and the whole time the worker was having a bit of a vulgar conversation. i typically don’t write reviews, especially negative reviews but this was actually quite unacceptable.
