FORTY10 Bar & Grille

Our food and our server were very good. We came here to celebrate me beating cancer and unfortunately as I was standing outside one of the employees opened the door and it hit me hard knocking me off balance. The door should be changed to avoid this kind of issue in the future. The manager here is terrible. We let her know what happened and she handled the situation very poorly. She in fact made it worse by talking to us like she was outside with us and witnessed it ?‍♀️ telling us that she knew the 16yrold didn't do it on purpose. She cut me off from speaking multiple times and was beyond unprofessional. Good luck if it happens to someone elderly you'll have a lawsuit on your hands. She did however tell us that she'll let the owner know so they can change the whole building to suit me. Ignorant answers to a valid concern. We won't be back

We have been here many many times. The service is usually decent and the food is always great. Our last meal here recently a female waitress, took our order and then came back a couple minutes later and told us Adrian would be our waiter. Our salads were brought out drinks refilled. As we sat there and watched others get seated we were still waiting for our entrées. My son asked Adrian is there a problem with our order? It’s been a very long time. Adrian spent most of his time standing at the bar watching the basketball game. As I had a very good view of the hostess stand there was many to go orders being picked up throughout the hour that we sat there. The booth behind us there was a couple sitting there. They arrive 15 minutes after us and they soon got up and left the restaurant completely. Five minutes later, their food was brought out and I told the food runner that they left. We decided to follow suit. I went to the hostess station and told them I would be glad to pay for the drinks, Two sodas, two waters but she said that’s OK. We had to leave because we were hungry. It’s my guess that the staff ate very well that night. Do better Forty-10. We won’t be back anytime soon.

Had dinner and a very nice evening with great friends last night. Everyone had a wonderful meal. We all agreed prices were very fair and service was outstanding. Our waitress Julia D was the best. Pleasant, polite, very attentive and just an overall great young lady.

The burger bun was burnt the actual burger was burnt the fries were soggy and soft, took 25 minutes to get the main mealdon’t order from here

What made this a wonderful dining experience was the staff...friendly and interested. My Veggie noodle bowl could have used more vegetables.... But the Veggie flat bread was really delicious as well as the chicken sandwich. We definitely will return.

Vegetarian options: As I said above, noodle dish was lacking vegetables ...no mushrooms or brocolli, bamboo shoots, no Asian veggies...noodles were perfectly prepared so I added more vegetables at home and enjoyed leftovers =)

First time patronizing 4010. Came for Sunday brunch. Food was fantastic, waitress was kind and attentive. I had the crab cake benedict, my friend had the Hawaiian French toast. Both meals were delicious. Prices were great! Will definitely be returning to try dinner, and will be back for brunch!

Not a review because I've never been there, but I am STUNNED that the first picture I see of this place is a picture of the bar with a yellow "wet floor" sign in it. Seriously? So no one thought to take a few seconds to move it out of the way? It mars an otherwise good picture. Come on Forty10!

Forty10 WAS great but lately they have had horrible service. I will no longer patronize this place because I was unable to order pickup multiple times. They have been closed on various days due to staffing and their hours are unpredictable. I don't know why staffing is a problem here but I can only guess there is no incentive to maintain adequate or superior talent.

First visit, but we will come back again and try some other entrees. Shannon are waitress was friendly and attentive. We were seated right away and arrived sometime after 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening on a very cold January evening. Our table was by the door, which wasn't ideal because every time someone entered the restaurant, the cold air also came in with them even though there was a two door entrance. The appetizer and salads came out very fast. The Cheese Board for 2 appetizer was the perfect size and delicious. The Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was delicious and a very large portion. The Homemade spaghetti and meatballs were okay, the sauce was bland/ just okay, but the extra large sized meatballs were very flavorful and tasty. The Lemoncello cake and the Chocolate Peanut Butter Thunder cake were absolutely wonderful and delicious. We ordered the cakes to go since the dinner portions were so large.

Host didn't seat us - just pointed and told us where to go. Long wait for initial drink order. Most everyone enjoyed their food. Some disappointment with avocado toast and breakfast potatoes over cooked. Bloody Mary was excellent.
