Ghossain's Gourmet Mediterranean Foods

One of my favorite local places to eat. I've never had anything but a fantastic experience. I don't go out of my way to avoid gluten, but I also don't seek it out. If it's there, it's there. If not, that's great. So glad they have so many GF options - and when I've ordered something WITH gluten, some staff have checked to make sure I know it's in the food. ✨️ 10/10 recommend.

Over salty buffalo chicken wrap (the wrap never is actually a wrap) and poor grape leaves the exact opposite - flavorless and dry - used to love going there - then the unfriendly manager was totally rude when we called - so never going back. There are plenty of great middle eastern and other ethnic restaurants to go to instead.

I'll give it another chance, but the chicken salad is a surprise when you actually taste chicken through all the mayo. Little gross.

So disappointed. This was thee worst Shawarma I’ve ever had. Lived in Michigan for years and had Shawarma dozens of time and never had it this bad. There’s ZERO flavor. Way too much lettuce on the wrap also, all I tasted was the two tiny onions in it. The pita wrap was so thin it fell apart (as pictured below) and even the tzatziki sauce was flavorless. The baklava was delicious though! I hope they update their recipe so people in the area can taste true Shawarma flavor !

Got a chicken pesto wrap, was given a completely wrong item, only thing similar was the chicken and it wasn’t even good

Nice place to get Mediterranean food/snacks. This cultural diet is pretty healthy and rich in nutrients, will be back!

I have been buying from here for years. the "meat " grape leaves, and I use that description loosely as I could not find any meat in them, were HORRIBLE!!! The grape leaves were so tough i could not eat them. The filling was ALL RICE!!! I GIVE THEM A -10!!! I called the store to be told "Well they make them on South Ave so there's nothing I can do about it." I spent close to $25 for uneatable food!! I will NEVER go back there again and I suggest no one else does either. I'm sorry I didn't go up the street to Zenobia!!!

If you want a restaurant that isn’t open after 5pm or weekends, this is the place! Losing so much business with their constant closed doors. Very annoying.

Ghossain’s was a wonderful experience. The interior design was captivating and quiet alluring. I was surprised to see it had grocery items as well. I ordered a veggie wrap and a side of Greek Salad and it was delish. I will be back!!! The staff was friendly and accommodating as well!

Just started working out here and was excited to try this place. It has a nice old style deli or cafe feel to it. I love falafel so that was the first thing I tried. The wrap looked good and I was waiting for the flavor but found the falafel very dry. The tahini sauce was a bit light too so it added to the dryness. I imagine there are different results for different batches and I will update it once I come here again. Just hoping it was a dry batch.

Staff was very nice. Decor in dining area was trendy, had a rustic vibe with hint of Mediterranean feel. I ordered the chicken gyro with gluten free wrap. Mmmm the taziki sauce was so good and enjoyed my wrap very much.
