I love this Panera bread! They’re so friendly and fast!Dietary restrictions: I always get a drink from here - nothing more as there are practically no gluten free options. Even the salads have cross contamination often. Their teas are amazing, though!

Service was ok as was atmosphere. The place was clean and that's always a big plus. I bought a cup of their tomato soup & a cup of coffee $11.00 I thought was a little pricey. As for the tomato soup, save yourself the money and go buy a can of Cambels or, better yet, a box of Pacific foods roasted red pepper & tomato soup. I hear most people like Panera broccoli cheese soup. If I go back, that's what I'll have.

Teach your dining room people to put the napkins in the dispensers the right way. It's not that hard, With only partial brain, anyone can figure out the fold sticks out of the dispenser hole. Instead, I'm forced to stick my finger in there and pull out 20 napkins.

We have been customers of Panera's in Youngstown (3), Austintown and Canfield as well as Florida when we lived there. We stopped last year (2023) due to increasing prices and decreasing portions.Canfield has always been our favorite location and we recently decided to stop and see if changes were made better. They were! And so we are back to our every week lunch and enjoyment of great food and better pricing. Thank you Lori and Rob.

A person ahead of me, had a problem with her card..The young girl, talked to her over 10 minutes., .other cars started to blow there horns, the cars were around the bend...the drive up worker was more concerned about the customer with declined credit or debit card..my sandwich was cold and I will never go to there again.
