The man who answered my phone call was extremely rude, did not offer to help me in any way, and couldn’t even help me with my order. It was a delivery order and told me to order another day cause they were closing. He was the one who messed up and didn’t offer an apology or anything.

I made an order through uber eats. Nobody was able to deliver, which is fine. I went and I picked it up. They close at around 11, I got there around 10:15, went back to my hotel. Got back to my hotel around 10:35 and seen they didn’t have my wings. I called, they said they had them there. I asked if I could get them tomorrow or something due to weather conditions and I wouldn’t be able to make it by the time they closed. They said no. So I asked if they would deliver it then. They said no. So, basically I paid for something I didn’t receive without an ounce of remorse. Do not delete this comment either Pizza Hut because I will absolutely copy n paste all day every day.

Went there last night to get a dinner box and it was terrible the hand tossed pizza was flat as hell an it wasn’t even cooked all the way. The only thing good about it was the cheese sticks. I was so disappointed. Salem pizza hut is way better.

Fries were good. The outside breading was hard like it was fried almost burnt. I was shocked at how small the marinara dipping sauce cup was. They filled this little side of sauce halfway and I had a full melt. Probably won’t be back to this location. The Pizza Hut on raccoon road is way better and they give you bigger cups for the sauce and fill it up all the way.

Just came through to pick up my mobile order about an hour ago and the young guy who was working there was an absolute joke after he told me he didn't have my order and never received it he just closed the window and walked away without letting me know anything else but that.. so 10 minutes later when you finally decided to come back I asked him hey how long will it take and he says well I'm shutting everything off I don't know and I'm not making it. This was an absolutely circus show and he was the ringmaster.. I would never put someone like this in charge of trying to make dollars for my business , ever . Absolutely terrible and pathetic, do not go here.. this kid has no business working in customer service anywhere !!!! Truly sad ..

Me and my husband got food here last night , we ordered pizza , cinnamon sticks and garlic Parmesan boneless wings, and man do we absolutely regret it. The pizza and sticks seemed cooked okay but the wings were absolutely oozing in grease (guess that was the sauce?) I can forgive a little grease but not both of us being violently sick for 4 hours afterward, for our heath we won’t be returning…

Called the store, got a call center, finally reached the store asked about my order was told some line about drivers and door dash, and nothing that made sense terrible customer service, terrible all the way around. Used to be a loyal customer. Never again.

Waited 1.5 hrs for a pizza said to be delivered in 30 -35, and live 5 minutes away she said driver got on freeway even then for years they delivered her then hung up on me multiple times but forgot to hit off button bad mouthing me, after at this point waited now almost 2 hrs on hold through fake claims of disconnected. Girl continues to hang up if you call talk about terrible service just lost a long term customer
