Just got a raw pizza. Pizza crust isn't even brown it's so undercooked. Can barely chew it down. Door dash delivery man was a total you know what. Said he couldn't find me. Total lie. Address is totally clear on receipt. Tip removed. Absolutely

By far the worst Pizza Hut location in the area. The employees are rude and have no customer service. They forget items sometimes too and there’s no accountability.

I like the pizza and Alfredo noodles. However, the last couple of times I've ordered the pizza was over baked and the portion sizes for the Alfredo was smaller. Not ordering again

Pizza was slightly burnt and with more cheese than requested but the service was very friendly. Location of the Pizza Hut is a disaster traffic wise. Good luck making it out quickly.

I recently visited this Pizza Hut with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From start to finish, it was a disappointment.First and foremost, the service was sluggish and inattentive. The lady working had a nasty attitude. It took an eternity just to get our order. However, what arrived was a soggy, greasy mess. I asked for light cheese and got heavy. The crust was overcooked on the edges and undercooked in the center, making it almost inedible. The toppings were sparse, and it seemed like they were trying to cut corners to save ingredients. To top it all off, the prices at Pizza Hut are not in line with the quality of food and service they provide. I've had better pizza at smaller, local pizzerias for a fraction of the cost.Overall, my visit to Pizza Hut was a letdown. I won't be returning anytime soon, and I would advise others to think twice before ordering here. There are plenty of other pizza places in town that offer better quality, service, and value for your money.

The personal pan pizza I ordered was hot and fresh. The only person in the store was very polite and very happy and helpful. I felt my business was important to him. This was the second time I had been there, and I will continue to purchase pizza and wings there.

Normally I have great experiences with this local chain but our last visit was just unpleasant. Was tempted to ask for a refund but I'm sure it was just someone having a bad day. Would love to have someone make that order right and good since I do use this store quite often

Ordered online and what we got was just plain bad. Pizza was pretty burnt, it wasn’t sliced all the way through and they forgot the garlic sauce. Wouldn’t recommend.

I'm assuming Noone fixed the RUDE management. I ordered online and my pizza melt was in the checkout. And so my order was 59.69 and when it came the delivery girl..awesome..but when I called the store and Said my melt was missing and I couldn't understand why it was not showing on her end. She was rude and says it's not on there and if you want you can come to the store and pick it up. Lol. I ordered delivery and not my fault the app online somehow just took it upon itself to take it out the checkout bag. Either way because of SAM. I will no longer be eating at your store. Thanks .i work with disability and to have someone tell you what you ordered.yes the app messed up.she could have been like maybe something happened. Ask if i would like anotherdelivery for it and took my order since it got messed up somehow..idk. some courtesy about it but she had NONE. Never AGAIN!!! Don't need a seizure over your stores management attitude!!! To fix an issue with some common courtesy should be a number one issue for you to solve immediately!!!

Very rude and incompetent service. Had to come back TWICE due to incorrect food and the person working was very rude about THEIR mess up that had me turning around. Wings barely covered in a dry yucky sauce. They were screaming at me, demanding I leave the store. Very rude. My family and I will NOT be back.
