The Subway order app some how put the store address as the delivery address. The manager on duty didn't recognize the address of the store where he works. He (his words) watched the delivery driver circle the the plaza on foot. Then leave. Oh by the way he says, I didn't have the regular white bread for your order anyway, I used something else. He kept saying deal with door dash, despite my telling him repeatedly, I placed the order through the subway app. He eventually finds the order sitting outside another business door and tells me I can come get it. i asked him would you want to eat something that's been sitting on the ground unattended for that long (30 minutes or more). His response with a condescending tone: "I don't eat Subway, I just work at Subway."I'm still trying to figure out how to get my money back.

Grabbed subway for lunch today. The lady with half a head of purple hair and a very dirty t-shirt was extremely rude. She treated myself and my 2 employees like garbage. I probably won't go back to the Canfield location. The girl's shirt looked like she hadn't washed it in months, her attitude was atrocious and she forgot my employees Italian dressing SMH. The other girl was super sweet tho.What a waste.
