Yes, I do enjoy 😉 taco 🌮 bell 🛎️ food…it’s part of the fabric of our American 🇺🇸 culture these days. This chicken cantina salad that they are making right now is delicious 😋 & it’s the perfect size to make a complete meal out of it.

Ordered a cantina quesadilla via DoorDash. Paid nearly 9 dollars, item arrived suspiciously flat.… There was no filling inside the quesadilla… It was a nine dollar flour tortilla.

everytime i’m here the staff is slow and rude, no consideration and communication. I wouldn’t go here unless you want to wait 30minutes for 3 tacos (yes actually happened, they had 1 other customer in the store at the time with 4 people working. A when i said something about how long i had been waiting the laughed and made fun of the fact that i had to wait so long. fire the whole crew

I typically use the drive thru here, and the service is excellent with 100% accuracy. I dined in recently for a change and WOW - not only fast service, but my Nachos BellGrande were loaded up, fresh & piping hot. My favorite Taco Bell location in the Mahoning Valley by far.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had, you walk in don't get acknowledged they say nothing to you you have to flag them down to get their attention after minutes,, just for them to have an attitude like they're mad that you showed up... People don't know what guest service is anymore, all you have to do is pretend to give a crap that's all... It's such a shame how rude and careless these people are here this morning.. and the worse part was when this older woman with red short hair and glasses finally saw someone standing at the counter what does she do, she yells with an attitude can you please use the kiosk.. with a big attitude, without even knowing what I'm here for, I could be picking up a mobile order or I could be doing something else instead of just saying hi I'll be right with you, or hi are you picking up today or placing an order but know what happens you get yelled at upon arrival which I guess is what they think is your greeting truly unbelievable

Was told food would be completed at 648 after ordering at 627. As you can imagine, sitting there for 20 mins kinda sucks. The fact that the 2 cars in front of me took an additional 10 mins each was worse. That I then received food that was actually completed at 636 at 709pm, almost 30 mins after it was finished being made. They just had me sitting there tops it all. Pictures for proof. Was driving away when I grabbed the map ss. I didn't get an apology regarding my wait and was treated with a short attitude. Proof of that too, but upload limit. I also felt a picture of my crunch wrap supreme having approx 1 mg of beef would be a helpful photo.
