Not the worst taco bell out there but not the best. Fries are ALWAYS cold when I get them but portions are bigger than some.

This has got to be the slowest Taco Bell in the Youngstown, Boardman area.

Every time I go to that place, I wait in the drive-through and never get waited on so this is the second time I tried to go inside and they move so slow and give you terrible service or give you no service at all. I left and went down the road there is a pile up of cars 15 deep not moving. You need better staff

I got to admit I'm not normally one for the fast food however Taco Bell is always on time and I guarantee you you get full LOL they definitely are the most competitive when it comes to food by volume in the industry if you've never had the grilled cheese burrito bundle I highly advise it

Nacho Bel Grandes we received were sparse, noticed they reduced the portions about 20%. Still cost the same. Bowls looked half empty. Definitely will not go back to Taco Bell anymore this year.

I don’t know the name of the general manager at this location but I don’t know how you staff your restaurant when the GM yells at an interview candidate. My boyfriend first applied, had an interview, and then let them know he had accepted a better position elsewhere. Which is what you’re supposed to do correct? So he applied again, an interview was set up, he went there today and the GM wanted to act like a child and slam her book down 3 inches in front of him and scream at him that she’s not gonna hire him because he had his opportunity and he ruined it. I’m sorry but I’ve been a GM at kfc and that’s not how you act. Towards anyone. So I don’t know what her problem was today, I don’t know if maybe she’s just getting old and tired, or what but you want someone like that representing your company? You’re lucky you got him and not me because you wouldn’t have gotten the let me just leave response. I’ll wait 40 minutes in line at austintown if I want Taco Bell, I won’t be going to Canfield, and with the low volume because you’re at 224 I don’t think you can really afford to be rude because if you know ANYTHING you know there’s always a spot for someone at your restaurant, whether that be in the back or on the other side of the counter as a customer :)

Without a doubt the worst experience one could ever experienced ever, the employees don't care about a single thing there and there's absolutely no leadership whatsoever and nobody cares about anything there, absolutely terrible, I wouldn't eat here for free

This taco bell used to be very good. They seem to have lost their good employees because every time i go the food always has tiny portions of meat and is cold and is usually sloppily put into the bag. Very unfortunate because i used to love going to this taco bell because it was the best around.
