Just went through the drive-thru just now, 825 p.m., the younger black girl greeted me with my total at the window, I got to the second window where I was greeted with a smile and a hello and amazing service LOL thanks for the Frosty and the experience

Returned water down chili & the manage said to me what was she suppose to do .She had a line of people in drivethrun& was busy
Said stop up when I leave .after eating 30 min in line for a refund she said it's gonna b a bit more to wait , people in her drivethru.Either wait longer or get something else .told her she was the worst mamager & veey rude .i just left knowing thats what she wanted.

The food has gone far downhill. The girl at the drive thru will literally throw your food at you without saying a word after they gave me the wrong food not once but twice and was going to make me wait behind 5 other cars to correct the mistake. Which for this place probably would've been a half hour plus. Save your time and go to Taco Bell lol

Went thru drive thru to pick up mobile order sausage egg cheese mcmuffin and seasoned potatoes. I bit into sandwich second bite had a crunch, egg shell in my sandwich. Didnt receive a paper receipt so had to look on app. Wendys #7908 in Canfield, Ohio.

Finally a Wendy's that got things right!! I sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to talk for a minute but after that everything went super smooth! The food was correct and hot, everything fresh. Every other Wendy's in the area could take some tips and pointers from this one! This will be my go-to Wendy's from now on!
