The last three times I've came here I have received an incorrect order. This time was funny because y'all gave me the marinara for my mozzarella sticks that you replaced with a fry lmao. Also y'all that lazy you can't read the ticket when it says no tomato? I don't like tomatoes and you have an option for no tomato but it seems like every time I go, I end up with tomatoes.

Went to the Arbys on West Tusc. Great food and the Counter Help was great but the restaurant was dirty. I had to wipe food and grease marks off my table and chair. Not sure why the tables were so dirty there was plenty of workers there. But Ill go back lol

Terrible Service, Very rude and unprofessional employees. I stood at the counter for literally 10 minutes and was Not acknowledged at all. Then when I asked if I could get help, the Older lady at the front counter responded “well you have to say something if you want me to help you” The store manager ,Jade supported the rude employee and yelled out for me to just leave and “have a nice day” in a very condescending way. Needless to say I will NEVER spend my money here. And hopefully something is done about this terrible “customer service”

Everything was correct and some of the food was good, but their chicken is awful. Honestly I think McDonald’s has better fake chicken than their chicken. It looked freezer burnt.

Went here for dinner they had like 15 sandwiches made up sitting on warmer? Fries, potato cakes, cheese sticks sitting in there warmers. When got my food and took home fries were cold, sandwiches buns hard and since manger was there passing out this food but I'm calling corporate today. Because the whole reason go to Arby's for fresh food ??
