How do you promote yourself as a roast beef restaurant, and then run out of roast beef? Unprepared to do business in the middle of the week. What more can I say?

Well I used to like the hamburgers from Arby's but they must have changed something. It wasn't the same. For being in BV this establishment was not very busy, only two playing customers. Could be because the manager has an attitude issue.

They were cleaning in the store while I was there I didn't mind great atmosphere great service
We have tried this Arby’s several times and it’s never a good experience. We are always missing an item or several. Just now we decided to use our “make it right free sandwich cards” and I got home and one sandwich (worth $8 mind you) was missing and another one was burnt. The sliders had random pieces of lettuce in it and one sandwich was red and appeared to be not cooked all the way. Literally not worth going even when you have free sandwich coupons. They always make you pull up and wait an extended period of time for your food (once over 20 mins- how we got the make it right cards) and it’s still not right. They need new management in the worst way….

Nice Arbys with plenty of seating. When I walked in, a male employee was yelling at the top of his lungs. A little unnerving. Overall I was happy with everything
