They don’t open at 10 I arrived at 10 and waited 3 hours they never opened. When you ask they don’t tell you.

They need to pay their employees without having every paycheck bounce. my grand daughter has had almost every paycheck bounce then have to wait for it to be corrected. She's still waiting for her bounced paycheck since 7/22/24 that was promised to be made right. It's been a month!!!!!!

my name is Michelle Shaffer and I am an employee at the Cambridge store that has to fight with my employer about receiving money I earned by traveling to other stores, working long hours and always being there when needed. I deserve what I have earned.

I like the food and drink here and this place is way closer to me than Auntie Anne's in Belden Village, however they always close earlier than the posted hours and I'm not able to order at all. If you're going to close early often, then maybe consider changing the posted hours.

My family and I used to always stop and get pretzels on our shopping trip at Walmart. After today with a rotten apple we will never give this place business again. I will pay more for better customer service.

Pretzels are ok just depends on who is baking.There is a man that his music is way too loud and inappropriate for the work place. He would rather fight with customers and be disrespectful than to do his job. There is a blonde that is entitles and doesn't seem to know her job either.The customer side of the store is grimy and feels sticky all of the time. Can't order half of the menu most of the time. Sounds like a management issue more so than the employees fault but yeah this particular we're Rolling Pretzel is not doing so hot maybe needs shut down and try somewhere else.

I went there around 10:45 because it says they open at 10. When I was looking at the menu the guy working there was mumbling something to himself but when I went to order he basically yelled at me saying they weren’t open. I understand when a place opens late I’ve worked in food service before. But to talk to a customer with the tone of voice he had was unacceptable. I’ll be sure not to order from here again. Absolutely unprofessional.

I love these pretzels. Every time we go to this store, I think I'm going to be able to resist them...but always give in. Why even fight the urge anymore... They are perfectly yeasty with a bit of a malt taste (maybe that's the yeast). SO GOOD. I choose a side of cream cheese, or sometimes nacho cheese. It's hard to decide.

I visited today (6/28/22) at We’re Rolling inside of Walmart on Tusc. (Canton, OH) and had the nicest experience with the young lady working. Kind, conversational, and hardworking. She was a gem! Thank you for a wonderful piece of my day!

Employee has made me wait several times while he is doing something, like rolling out a whole pan of pretzels because he had to "get it in the oven right now". Doesn't wear gloves when getting my drink or placing his bare hand over the open container of my pretzel nuggets.

This company has slowly been declining. Went to the alliance Walmart today the worker did not wear her mask over her face at all and the pretzels were stale. The cream cheese is no longer warm. It seems to me everytime I go there there has been another corner cut to try and save money. While I understand covid has been destroying businesses this has been going on for the last couple years that I’ve been going there. I really hope for a turn around.
