Our first time to Baker's and definitely not our last. We went in July 20th for my husband's 69th birthday day. Was greeted by Betty and our waiter, Steve was amazing. My husband had the filet, fries and applesauce, he said the filet was amazing. I ordered the orange roughy and it was definitely the best I've had. Of course we had dessert, cheesecake and apple crumb pie, also wonderful. Had a couple of drinks, it was a great experience.

Tonight we celebrated my mom’s birthday and my wedding anniversary. The food was delicious but the best part of the dinner was our server Ashley. She has waited on us before and always puts up with my crazy family. She was very attentive, kind, and quick. Thank you for making sure we had a great dinner.

Always try to vist Bakers when we travel back to our hometown. I've always enjoyed the steaks. I make my own most of the time because I'm a steak snob! Sides are always enjoyable. I could only give 4 stars due to the mushroom topping being canned. Please step these up Bakers and I will gladly rate 5 starts.

Ok I get it, it used to be great. This time? It's a no for us. Party of 8. No fish at 6:30 on a friday night. no fish. Ok fine, I order a strip steak that was expensive, fine. I add mushrooms and onions. The mushrooms were from a can. Not sauted, just heated up. Onions were cut and looked boiled and threw on the plate. not sauted. yuck. Salad was ok, bread was like a generic loaf from grocery store and thrown in a basket. bland bland. Overall, won't bother to return. super disappointed.

Wonderful place. Small menu - just a dozen entrees. That allows them to prepare everything really well. Had the Ribeye. My wife and I eat strictly animal products. I have had a lot of Ribeye steak. This was about the best - flavorful and tender. All we had was the steak and cottage cheese, and too meat home.
