Always enjoy the food at Basil. They are very accommodating in spicing up the dish. Staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Definitely one of my go to places.
Service was slow, pot stickers were burnt, & meals had way too much sauce. Only thing that was good was sushi.

I was really looking forward to our dinner at Basil...but this experience was disappointing. While we had reservations, our only seating option was to sit in the the back of the bar area at a high top...near the kitchen entrance. I even asked if we could wait for another table. The espresso martini tasted off for some reason. My husband pointed out it comes from a machine. Our waitress was awesome and very attentive. The food was decent but not special...It just wasn't the experience, I expected or have had in past years.

We love Basil's! Always great food and service. On this occasion they were busy and seemed short-handed. We waited quite a while for appetizer and our food. It was still delicious and hot when it did arrive. Hearty portions!
