We arrived early for our reservations, but the staff seated us immediately. This was very much appreciated! Dinner and service were very good. The Mongolian beef was a little too salty. Great Holiday Old Fashion from the bar! We were there at peak time on a Friday night (first Friday) so service was strained but still fully acceptable. Overall, it was a very good dinning experience! We told friends about it the next day and recommend Basil to them. Keep up the great work!
Worst service we have ever had at Basil. There were 5 of us and after 45 minutes of being seated, we had to ASK if we could put in our drink order. After what took forever (another 30 min) to get our all of our drinks. Had to continually ask the host to find our server to order, to get our check, and to then take our cc.
My wife and I had an outstanding meal at Basil. Our meals were perfectly prepared, the service was beyond outstanding, and the ambiance is perfect for an evening out with family or friends. I am confident you will truly enjoy your experience!
