First time ever going here and was so excited. People preparing my pizza were kind and pleasant and quickly made my pizza. I proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my pizza which I thought was awhile but I sat and patiently waited. After 20 minutes the lady who made my pizza called me up and said they gave my pizza to someone else. They proceeded to remake my pizza and I had to wait another 10-15 minutes. In total I spent over 45 minutes in the restaurant. Very disappointed about the gentleman boxing the pizzas because as I waited for 15 minutes he was talking to a friend and not keeping up with his workload. I feel this made my pizza get mixed up with someone else’s. Overall, I’d rather spend an extra 10 bucks to go somewhere else and get my pizza in a timely manner and have better options. Highly recommend SOL pie pizza in north canton as an alternative to blaze. Not worth it!

Blaze pizza has delicious pizza but they certainly could improve on the amount of topping they put on your pizza.
Vegetarian options: They offer vegan cheese, vegan chorizo and of course a selection of vegetables to build a nice vegan pizza.
Dietary restrictions: I am glad that they have gluten free and vegan options to accomodate the dietary restrictions of my family & I.

Got up set because I wanted the pizza made my way so instead of the employee offering me that kept putting stuff on my pizza I didn't want. Then I got upset asked him not to talk nor touch my pizza. Had food made then watched the employee talking with the person making pizzas about me. Not cool at least you could asked why was so upset instead of talking with other employee about me.

This review is about the worthlessness of their online ordering service. On two separate occasions we arrived on time, paid, and waited by the ovens with about 4 other mobile orders. There was a long 'eat-in' line as well. We literally stood there while the manager and staff looked at us while making 10 pizzas for the other line before making 1 online order pizza. The cashier was profusely apologetic and embarrassed by the manager, telling us to call the company because she's terrible, giving us 'pie day' coupons, etc. Finally I gave up and said I wanted a refund (there were people there that had waited over 2 hours for a mobile order, what???). I had only waited that long to begin with because my sister lives out of state and really wanted to try it. The manager at that point came over and had the audacity to say the other team members she was stuck with 'were really slow and not that bright.' I'm a really chill person, but basically told her an hour was enough time for me to see what was really going on and to not pass the blame onto high school kids. And just like that we got our burnt pies. I gave them one more chance- different day, different manager, and the same thing happened. There is literally no benefit of ordering online.

Ordered ours online to be ready at a certain time *not asap* Upon arrival pizza was not even started. Had to wait. Ready to come out of the oven and they drop one. Needs to be remade. Now one is ready and handed to us while we wait on the other...so it's now cold and not very good either.
Do better. 40.00 later and crap food

Service was good. One of the young associates explained the process of choosing ingredients and was helpful. I didn't like the taste of the pizza. It was dry, and the chicken had a bad aftertaste, even though I added sauce and pepperoni. Atmosphere was okay.
