Inconsistent at business. I asked if they was open for biz she said kinda I liked that they delivered but as much as I love to support black owned businesses I gotta be real. I’ve messaged about orders told me it would take a min and got left on read 2x so I’m sorry but they need to do better.

herbalife recruitment shop. they only sell herbalife products and no actual brewed tea in their "loaded teas" which are just full of food dyes and sugar.
avoid at all costs. these places pop up all the time and prey on unsuspecting people.under the guise of being a small buiness.
herbalife is a pyramid scheme and know for causing liver damage.
gour best bet it to go look for recipes online and do it yourself without the herbalife stuff. brew some tea, throw in some snowcone flavoring and some berries and you have a basic "loaded tea"

Worst customer service experience ever! Mind you, my first time there… Walked in, couldn’t figure out what to do, looked around and finally found papers to fill out. Couldn’t find anything to write with. The 2 behind the counter just watched without saying anything. Found a pen, asked how it all worked, i explained that I’d been to a different health shake place before and she told me “well, they’re all the same”….uhhhh, ok. So i figured out the tea flavors n shakes, wrote them down n turned the paper in n sat down. Guy walks in a few minutes after me, turns in his paper, they make his and he leaves….before me!!!!! Then, i got mine. Then the tea was horrible, and my shake wasn’t even blended all the way!!! The ice was still kinda chunky!!! Horrible horrible experience!!!! Will NEVER go back ever again!!!

I had a s’mores shake and a captain America tea and Ebony made the best shake I have had around. Love Herbalife! Best shakes around!
