As a regular customer over the years, this locations food has declined tremendously!! Today I had biscuits and gravy. The gravy was thick like wallpaper paste with a burnt taste and the biscuits were like hockey pucks!! There are plenty of other breakfast choices in this area and I for one will choose more wisely next time. My family deserves better!!

Waited through whole meal before being asked If I wanted drink refill. One of my biggest pet peeves is eating with nothing to eat. Salad kept getting stuck in throat. Waitress to busy with table of 10-12 people.

I did not go in this time I did get an order delivered to my home and my eggs were so undercooked that everything in my food container which was sausage potatoes all had runny eggs on it all I could do was throw it all into a skillet and recook it or finish cooking it and I was so upset because if I knew I was going to have to cook breakfast I would have just cooked breakfast at home and not have ordered food and spent $40 and then I had tried to call I had somebody answer the phone eventually and I asked for a manager very polite and he was like yeah one second well then I was on hold for 11 minutes before I finally just hung up and I wasn't looking for any compensation no money nothing but I was hoping that maybe that manager didn't know how that food was going out and could speak to that cook and let them know that this is not what we should do because even on their website it says do not eat undercooked food it will make you sick so to make sure I did not get sick I just threw all my stuff in a skillet so I could cook it the rest of the way and there's no way for me to even get a hold of anybody because nobody will get on the phoneI've never been so disappointed and I absolutely will not eat here again

When we first got here it seemed like our server did not want to do her job. I still don't even know what her name is All I know is that she has red hair and is young. We ordered the simplest meals ever My wife got the turkey club sandwich and specifically ask for no tomato because she is highly allergic, I got the BLT with onion rings and she also got onion rings. When the meals came out the onion rings were hard like they sat in a heat lamp too long and she had tomatoes on my wife's sandwich and which I removed but she still broke out in patches of hives because of the remnants of the tomatoes being on her sandwich. Then we asked for refills on our drink and about 5 minutes went by our server never came back so as I was looking around the front of the store I noticed our server on her cell phone over in a closed down section near the bar. Her attitude sucks and she is not very attentive. When she finally brought our refills, she did ask if we needed anything else and my reply was no can we get the check. I waited 10 minutes for her to bring the check back to my table. The manager on duty looks unprofessional as he is wearing a toboggan on his head and looking as if he were a regular employee and not a suitable manager, I will be calling the GM in the morning to complain further!

Best wait staff. Usually good food. But last time I saw ad on TV had my mouth watering for their turkey dinner. I ordered it to go. I love their stuffing, green beans but the turkey was a laugh. Was two very thin slices of turkey, almost looked & tasted like a turkey luncheon meat. Never just think the pix is going to look like the real thing. So disappointed.
