I drove an hour from Cleveland just to go here. Delicious!!! I wish they had one closer to Cleveland. The chicken tenders were perfect and the fries were seasoned to perfection. I would have submitted a photo but unfortunately I ate it all before I could get my camera out 😂

Drove an hour for this and we were not disappointed. The crew working in the morning was so nice and the location is very clean . We will definitely be back soon for more .

The food is good but the service was lacking. The staff was overly worried about the floor being clean but ignored the tables and bathrooms. The cashier was not very friendly as she took our order or when I had to point out we were missing items. The bathroom had garbage all over the stalls, no toilet paper in one, and looked like nobody had cleaned it since the day prior. No clean booths to eat at, only a few clean tables.

Please please stay away from here you will LITERALLY WAIT AT LEAST 20 minutes regardless of eating In drive thru or door dash. I don’t understand why they are so slow but EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY ARE!!!! I had to stop accepting DoorDash for them because it actually cost me time and money to go there

Food was good - after we sent it back because it was served cold the first time. Chicken strips and fries should be served hot! The dining room needs to be kept cleaner. Only 2 of the tables were clean. One did not have napkins. The drink counter was filthy. The iced tea containers were particularly dirty. We have complained about the cleanliness to the manager on a previous visit. Not sure if we will return.

My kids love the chicken tenders and rice from Bojangles. Not a huge fan of the mac and cheese; its just plain and not much flavor, and most recently I ordered a family meal and opted for lemonade in place of tea, and my kids couldn't drink it because of how bitter it was. Perhaps it was a one off. It won't stop us from ordering again, we just don't order the things we don't like. Simple! I can't eat most fast food, but I will sacrifice for a Bojangles buttermilk biscuit! Service is always quick, and staff are nice. Can't speak to atmosphere and cleanliness as I've only ever ordered take out.
