Not a busy night. Gracious welcome however, we felt rushed as our meals arrived half way through our soup & salads. (Servers & cooks need to coordinate better so this doesn't happen) Smaller portions tonight of the Pasta Bravo & Pasta Woozie compared to our last visit. The food was OK, but nothing special. We didn't ask, and no additional bread was not offered. The restaurant had an issue with us using our InKind app to pay the bill (an in-store technical glitch that added a good 20 minutes to our stay). Hopefully the next visit will be a lot better...???
Everything was good. The pasta dishes were not even warm, bordered "cool." Server was great.
Isabella (Bella) was excellent. Very attentive and quick service and always pleasant. It was only her and one other server and they were always helping each other and quick to their respective sections. Love coming here!
Kelsey was the best bartender tonight! We cannot wait to come back and become regular customers when she bartends!!
Our experience started with a bad hostess. She stared at us, didn’t say anything. She then said I have to clean off a table and left. We finally were sat by another person about 5 minutes later. Our waitress/bartender came over about 10 minutes later and took our drink and appetizer order. After we received our bread, oil and water the service went down hill. I asked for a refill on water and had to wait 15 minutes. Our salads sat on the counter for at least 15 minutes and then our waitress dropped them all over the floor. We got new salads a few minutes later. Our food came out and my husband’s veal was overcooked.
There were 2 of us. It took a hour and forty minutes, which would be ok if they were busy! But the restaurant was not even half full.
We were at Bravo on May 26. Bravo has always had our favorite Lasagna but to our surprise the food was mediocre at best. First they were having a party with just a curtain to block out the noise. Second, it was freezing cold inside. Third, the music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other across the table. Fourth, we ordered the Lasagna to share and it was barely warm. Mine had a ball of meat instead of meat crumbles and it had a half noodle on top. The service was terrible. Our waitress was serving the private party and our table. We rarely saw her, most of the waiters were in a room off the kitchen talking and laughing While we sat there a party of 8 came in and nobody came to seat them and they left.
Needless to say I don’t think we will comeback to what was once one of our favorite restaurants.
The whole evening was absolutely awful! Poor service is an understatement. The food was not good at all! And also the cook, leaving the restrooms did not did not wash his hands! I will never ever go back and neither should you!
They were very slow for a sut night. Tool
Almost an hour to get food. Not very well organized.
We love coming here! The food is always amazing and so is the service. Although we miss our Aussie waitress friend, we had another great server, Kelsey, this time.
Always a great place to eat!

Kelsey was an awesome server! Kept Checking on us and prompt service.
Our waitress Kelsey J was fast, efficient and wonderful with my grandson
As soon as we walked in we were told the kitchen was behind. Being Mother's Day, we understood and also had reservations. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. The server was very good, communicating with us the entire time. Overall I don't think I would return as my entree was incorrect and after waiting that long and receiving the wrong food it was just not a great experience.
NOTHING exceptional like last year's Mother's Day when the host handed mom (who came from out of state) a flower and a quickly prepared meals for 5. This year we took another mother (from Maryland) since it was so nice last year, but no flowers, not even a Happy MD, long wait for food despite reservations right when they opened and easy prep stuff. Dining area was VERY cold and we were all freezing and uncomfortable. We ended up asking for 3 BOWLS of soup to go but received small cups that did not feed the 4 people we planned for later that evening. We will pick some where else - and will not be back to Bravo again.
Took nearly 40 minutes to get our food. $25.00 plate of pasta did not include a salad (additional $8.00). Food and atmosphere were good.
