When we were seated, they told us they ran out of bread at noon. It was 7 on a Friday. Who runs out of bread on a Friday? I ordered Alfredo. When it came out, it was a half a plate, I was waiting for the rest of it to come out. And the chicken was chewy. And wasn't that great. WAY OVER PRICED SHOULD HAVE WENT TO OLIVE GARDEN!!! Would of had 3 times the food and 10 times better. I will NEVER go back to BRAVO!!

Servers were very nice. Pasta was good (spaghetti w/ marinara).Saladsanother great...a C-. Flat bread was delicious. Drinks good. Took forever for our food And it was half full at best. Kitchen seemed to be understaffed and servers were thinly staffed as well. I probably won't go back. Overall, not as good as I remembered pre-covid.

Something was going on. We weren't even seated. No host for at least 10 minutes, and when he came out, he would not elaborate but said that we should probably go elsewhere. People behind us had reservations for 7:00 PM to celebrate an engagement, but the host wouldn't seat them either. We left at that point.

Our waitress Kelly was an absolute gem. She handled all requests in a friendly and coutesy manner. When an order was incorrect she handled it quickly and apologetic. She constantly made sure all of our needs were met.

First time customers and what a disappointment. Order a cup of chili with the Philly melt. Wife had a burger with caramelized onions. Chili had so much grease that I literally spooned it off on a napkin. My sandwich had zero seasoning and was so bad I cut it in half and barely got half of it down before leaving the rest on the plate and leaving. This place is not good at all!
They are grossly understaffed. We waited an hour for a drink from the bar and equally as long for appetizers. Our entree arrived some time much later ... the quality of the food was sub par. Our server tried her best but she was overwhelmed. We won't be going back.
Our waiter Ashley was trying very hard to make our experience great. Good service from him. However, the kitchen to an amazingly large amount of time to get our food. The pizza was undercooked, but otherwise the food was good. Ashley great, kitchen not so much.
My husband and I used to go there, but the service are awful and they're not giving you so much food so we quit going

We had been eating at the seating area for about 5 minutes until some dude sat us, we were waiting for about 20 minutes with a fair amount of servers at the resturant walking by our table. The resturant was almost completely empty and no one even took our drink order. We finally left, wish we could have triend the food but we never got a chance too, it probably wouldn’t have been hat good anyways based on the service.

I am not one to write a lot of reviews but had to this time. This was the absolutely worst experience I've had at a restaurant. My husband and I went out for date night for the first time after having our baby. We wanted to try something new so we chose Bravo. This location was extremely dirty, especially the bathrooms. The booth we were sitting in smelled like urine. Our waitress took 45 minutes to get our drinks and the place was basically empty. I saw our drinks sitting on the bar for 45 minutes and she blamed the wait on the bartenders when I saw her just talking to her coworkers the whole time. Our drinks were terrible. We ordered an appetizer and two signature dishes. The pasta woozie was extremely salty. Will not be back
