Food and service were excellent, as always! Pricing was very reasonable, especially with coupon. Our server Faith was excellent and very helpful with using our coupon and with assisting with getting internet access for processing our Inkind payment.

The only good thing was we made an RSVP on OpenTable and were seated as soon as we arrived. It was downhill from there. Our server arrived quickly and took a drink order, but our drinks were very slow to arrive. It was also a wait before she returned for our meal order. The wait for our meals was also significant. We ended up being at Bravo for almost 2 hours. The food was heavily seasoned with garlic. I like garlic, but I don't like so much that I'm tasting it all weekend. We probably will not return for a while. We used to like it there but, the last few visits, the food just isn't worth the price of our time & our indigestion.

The GM introduced herself and it was more of a legit caring for customers introduction than just a quick stop to make sure no one is upset for any reason as I feel some other restaurants do. And Chef Clay..Your plates are beyond amazing! The Chicken Marsala is my favorite!

She has a smile on her face and has impressive menu knowledge. She also accommodates the kids very well. If you stop in, make sure to ask for Faith, you won’t be disappointed!

We were in town to go to NFL Hall of Fame. It was a Sunday night. The manager said they were short handed so we probably should have left but we stayed an it took a while to get seated an to get food Wich was fine but the food was terrible. The manager was trying hard he made us different meals our first were burnt an not edible. Unfortunately our second plates were horrible also. We have eaten at other Bravo restaurants an never had a problem. While we did a get a free dessert and the manager was nice I don't feel we should have paid anything for the meal it was that bad. With so many other options near by I would not recommend Bravo .

We recently chose this restaurant for a family gathering, and were fortunate enough to have Charlotte as our server. This was a last meal for us as a family, as we had flown in for a funeral. A friend and I had lunch at Bravo this past Saturday. We were greeted with a very outgoing, and very friendly hostess.
The server that had our table was Kellye. She was extremely sweet, energetic, outgoing, and informative. Once we ordered our meal, she would come intermittently to check on us. My friend and I would even share a couple little stories with her. We enjoyed her very much.
The food was very, very good. Once the food was brought out to us, shortly after, Kellye came to see how everything was.. We told her it was awesome. She had mentioned that the chef who prepared our lunch was Clay. We happen to be in the booth back by the kitchen and met Clay and told him how great everything was. He too was extremely friendly and very appreciative of our compliment. I know this is a little long, but I also want to mention the general manager that was there that day; She also spoke with us for a while.super nice!
Bottom line, we really enjoyed the lunch as well as the staff. Anyone we came across, had smiles on their face and they were extremely friendly. It made our dining experience wonderful. Great food, great servers!!!
