Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Asked for a waffle cone and received a cake cone. My husband ordered a chocolate peanut butter milkshake with extra peanut butter made with chocolate icecream.. it was very clearly made with vanilla icecream and did not have extra peanut butter. The girl making the ice cream jumped the gun before our order was even complete

Ice cream isn’t very good compared to the other competitors. The product(s) are also overpriced. Their ice cream wouldn’t make a pimple on Dairy Queen’s derrière. Definitely won’t return.

Chocolate peanut butter with buckeyes only had one buckeye and no peanut butter, apple pie had no apples just the crunch,pumpkin was horrible just pumpkin with no spice or crunch

I didn't catch the name of who recommended the Caramel Coconut Cookie ice cream and I wish I could give her a shout out by name because it is absolutely delicious. She mentioned it being taken off the menu at some point; whoever thinks that is a good idea needs a palate cleanse because that is one of the best ice cream flavors I've had and I'm a chonky boy.

Quick walk up take out service (or drive thru or eat on patio). Had mint chip small sugar cone - interesting twist as the chips of chocolate were like nice slices of chocolate rather than traditional drops.

Employees at the window trying to shame people into leaving money in the tip jar. My wife and I always leave a very generous tip In a restaurant where we get table service, when we order delivery at home, room service in a hotel and places where people traditionally work for tips. Alot of those workers accepted a lower hourly wage because they are expected to earn tips. We always tip at least twenty percent, even when we don't think service was good and sometimes up to fifty percent. We refuse to start leaving a tip for people standing behind a counter running a register selling ice cream, you get paid by the hour to run a register the same as the workers at Walmart, grocery stores, drugstores and everywhere else cashiers work. If you want to make big tips get a job in a nice restaurant waiting on people at tables. That's the best tip I can give you !
