Makensie is an awesome server! She made our experience worth coming back! Very sweet, funny, and paid close attention to detail!
The night shift here is clearly incompetent or just doesn't care, but after a long day we just wanted some bubbas salads for dinner. My wife was then put on hold for 10 minutes had to call back then held for another 8 mins while whomever answer went to "yell at the staff". Then once they finally took her order they messed it up to a level I can't really fathom as I worked in food service for 8 years. The chicken was horrible. It almost looked 3D printed, but rubbery. Felt nauseated all day after eating there. My sister ended up in the hospital with a terrible case of food poisoning (she ordered a burger and fries).
We use to love this place, but the last few times we have gone the food has really gone down hill…so has the service.
