Would go back to this location again. Much better, much cleaner than Zanesville's location, and the service and food is much better too! BW3's are Franchise stores. Not all of them are exactly the same. I would've given 5 stars on Food (our huge to-go order of over 70 wings and few apps, not the dine-in appetizers we had while we waited on the carry out), unfortunately we were given the wrong amount of the to-go food and sauces (less than what we actually paid for). Nonetheless, the food was good. Everyone was happy with what they ate when we got back. Service would've given 5 stars if the person taking our order was more attentive behind the bar, and took our order when we were ready and we waited patiently a few times for him and his friends to finish their chatting, two bar stools left from us. He was nice and friendly, putting aside his lack of attentiveness. Overall , we were happy. Would be awesome if this location owner took over Zanesville's store, make it a better place, like their Canton store! I've been to BW3's in many, many locations in Ohio. Zanesville's being the worst service ever, and not the greatest with their overcooked/undercooked food, and the very lowest of bad experiences, with inappropriate attitudes and behaviors from the staff, especially behind the bar. We refuse to ever go back to our local BW3's, after numerous terrible experiences. We will drive to other locations instead. All the other stores in Ohio were good experiences, Canton being the best experience. Bon appetit and Godspeed everyone!

Took bartender over 10 minutes after giving us our drinks to take our order. Wings came out room temperature and fries were cold. Had to get them to go to take home and heat up. Only 5 customers in the bar area. Not busy food should not have been cold. Not good service!!!

We brought a large party one week for lunch and were so well treated by Lance we decided to come back a 2nd week. Our service was so bad and our waitress appeared to have a bad attitude toward us, even been snotty when we thanked her. We accidentally spilled a drink and had to get our own paper towels to clean it up. We will just look for other restaurants that will cater to our large family.

I absolutely hate their wings, but the granddudes like them and the burgers are really good so it's something for everyone.Lance at the N Canton location is the best server. Fast, friendly, attentive and anticipates your needs before you ask. Couldn't ask for more.

Came for the Superbowl free wings deal.Has been awhile since I visited a BBW and was still impressed by the choices and atmosphere.Would recommend.
Quality has gone downhill significantly for food and service. Not to mention it now costs a dollar for a side of ranch which is half the size it used to be. Better off finding wings elsewhere now.

Forget beer and pizza! beatbox and bdubs! What a great combination! With a variety of flavors of wings, beatbox certainly has a variety of flavors for your best wing and wind combination. Serving in California and Arizona, let’s bring the beatbox too Canton Ohio!

Semi regular customer. Its a BW3's, if you've been to one, you've been to them all. My review is left because of management. I'd like to start by saying this is the 4th straight time I've been here and had issues. I haven't said a word to anyone until this instance. It was slow at lunch right now. I ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap with grilled chicken. It came out with fried chicken. I send it back. It then comes out with pulled chicken. I didn't complain, just asked for a box. The server asked if something was wrong again and I said yes. The server said she'll take care of it and came back with my tab and said it's removed from your bill. I'm going to leave this wrap here and go somewhere else to get lunch, I'm still hungry. Not to sound like a Karen, but this is terrible management and customer service. Get your stuff togetherEdit to the review. I'm eating lunch down the road. The owner messaged back almost immediately responds saying go to the website and fill out a form and they'll address the team. No thanks. Address your team yourself without a form because you care about your business and your customers
